    it is true. my hair finally started to grow in the middle of 2020. for years it has not gone above shoulder level and is now at the level of the bra. I had already given up on making it grow so I stopped paying so much attention and it helped a lot. so I can say that what made the difference in my hair was drinking lots of water, keeping the routine simple (washing and moisturizing), keeping it in twists and leaving the hair alone. in short, keep it simple. I subscribed to your channel because I know these tips are true. were things that I started doing in the middle of 2020 without realizing or planning and my hair grew a lot.👌🏿💯

      This is true simple is key! I’ve been shampooing , deep conditioning once a week. Moisturize with one product that works and put my hair in a bun, or wear a turban or wash and go then bun by the 3rd day until I’m ready to wash again. I even stop using all those oils too.. but my hair has been staying clean, moisturized and retaining a lot more length within within 3 months my hair has grown from my collar bone and is near my armpit

    In 2019 I started doing twist outs, my hair was in its curly state shoulder length and just in 1 year it grew so much. I was of course following my strict hair regimen, trimming on time and doing pre poo treatments. I also took biotin and nature’s bounty hair skin and nails. But twist outs really helped me, my hair was holding more moisture longer ! My hair grows out high porosity so keeping the moisture in is a big deal for me.

    All these are true health over length is literally my motto figuring out your porosity is key to what products are best for you. I grew my hair out for 4 1/2years n it got 3in from tailbone length most of the growth came in the last 2yrs of that journey I never took any supplements or miracle growth oils but my diet was excellent, protective styling with low manipulation, moisturizing, regular trims n deep conditioned every month with one good for my porosity.

    What kind of oil do you recommend ?

    • @ChristianMychal
      @ChristianMychal  3 роки тому +3

      Depends on your hair type. Lighter oils for thinner hair and heavier oils for thicker hair.
