- Everybody loves fried chicken. For this video, we made a new take on frying chicken. Try it.
Ingredients:
500g chicken (any part of your choice)
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp pepper
1/8 cup salt
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp cayenne powder/chili powder
quick-cooking oats
flour for dredging
1 egg
cooking oil
