Wow, what an honour! Not simply anybody can get the chance to play with the legendary Itzhak Perlman , not even if you are an advanced violin student or a professional! Oscar is really amazing!

Having done some Muppet Wiki research, I've come to find that this sketch was only aired in five episodes. No wonder it's been so difficult to find until last year. Pity. It deserved to be shown a lot more. This particular airing came from episode 1848.

Sadly, my fondness for this clip led to real disappointment in the repeat of the episode I knew it from. That was how I officially learned that episode repeats meant different inserts in between.

I wish Phil Harmonic was there. I think I call this a pilot of "Pretty Great Performances". I also remember one with James Galway and the All Animal Chamber Music Ensemble performing Johann Sebastian Fox's "Concerto for Flute and Animals". And another one had Seiji Ozawa conducting The All-Animal Orchestra with Placido Flammingo performing "Italian Street Song" from the operetta, Naughty Marietta by Victor Herbert.

How did bobby put up with this I mean he did plan this but Maria did get irritated no offense. But I know itzhak Perlman did pretty good for Telly and Oscar including bob and Maria no pun intended. Ps. I love the tuning part 3:17
