This is what Peter Sage was talking about years ago in this video: ua-cam.com/video/cFk-J35NEVU/v-deo.html. The hard path is the 'by me' mentality' which is at least proactive but it's exhausting and is no where near as effective as the flow state 'through me'. Peter Sage extrapolated these levels of consciousness from Dr David Hawkins 'map of consciousness'.

Just listen to this through. It's totally worth it. It's obvious that people leaving negative comments here didn't give this podcast episode and the ideas a chance to unfold.

Kneading bread can be fun. It seems like it is a luxury, I recall really enjoying making polish Easter dough with my siblings and mum, watching it get elasticity and double in size, then make lovely babki and roses to decorate them, plains, and paint with egg yolk, put in Rayburn. Enjoy the smell. Then watch my Dad, so so happy as he opened the tin we put them in to have one with his mug of sweet tea. Also putting them in 3 Easter baskets , taking to church on Easter Saturday blessed and then have the whole family be together at breakfast on Easter Sunday.
I now follow a strict food plan and am in recovery but I wrote this because this whole procedure was a highlight for the whole family.once a year.

Very interesting verbiage. A concise dialogue between two individuals. Mr. McKeown gives us some valuable insight/s. Both his books are in my library. I have found them useful. Will be re-reading them again.
    Thank you for your time.

Well, suffering is created in the mind after all, and we have much more influence there than on our environment

Love this ❤ Just an idea.. an effortless solution to content that someone doesn't have funds to spend on -collaborations. Example...Take a quote out of comments, make a post with it and tag the author.. it would greatly benefit both parties 👌

Where is this lead gen 🧲? I need 100 more books to read and quickly as my eye sight is failing and need to get in as much reading before I turn blind. I'm already nearly deaf so audi books are out. If I don't get more books in between now and when the lights go out, I'll always wonder what could have I learned, or become but didn't. Speed is of the essence. I need more knowledge. These books, once the list is compiled, will allow me to live and be free. For in those books will come the answer for my blindness, for I have many blind spots. Thanks

Learn braille while you still have sight and you can continue reading once the lights go out. Just an idea. Good luck 👍

If you're legit, then check out Jim Collins' work. Additionally, his website offers a reading list (if that's what you are interested in).
Best of luck and wishing you well.
      Thanks for your time.
      Take care.
