Seems like a very small gap to get your tracking fins, prop, and rudder into

I dont know where the water intake are but it seems like a bad idea running the motor when the boat are that high up. Dry running will cause damage to the exhaust really fast.

How stable is that area once the boat is off. Can people hang out in it? My dock limit is only 14ft wide and this might be perfect.

Fred Skellham Acts like a floating dock when the boat is off. Might work well for you. :-)
