The Action 4 Diabetes river trip

This is the story of 15 paddlers canoeing over 145 km down the Mekong River in Laos from 12th to 17th Feb 2023. Few of the group had extensive kayaking experience and this was not something many others have tried but it was great fun and all went well.
The event was organised to raise funds for Action For Diabetes (A4D) helping children with incurable type 1 diabetes in this beautiful country.
