You're going to date a chick with HIV? That's crazy.... this lady is making hiv seem like some flu that is no big deal, she's wrong ! The medication doesn't work on everyone and is far from a guarantee of anything ! Even when it does work, it can stop at any time... she also says "I can't give it to my boyfriend when it's undetectable " and in the next video she has a "blip " when taking her test ! That basically means that during that time she thought she was undetectable but could have passed the virus to her boyfriend , all because she wasn't aware it became detectable..... DON'T PLAY WITH FIRE

Wow! That's fantastic that your kids are your personal support group,.. In essence this video is by far the most important one, because it's at times when a person is going through such a devastating time with such a condition such as HIV that they need positive support!!! You're truly blessed to be surrounded by loved one's that have that kinda unconditional love! Believe me when I tell you that single one thing makes all the difference in whether you win or lose the battle of combating HIV!! I'm speaking from my own personal experience! It's when a person loses hope that they lose their life!!! PLEASE can you BE SURE TO REINTEGRATE THIS TO THE PUBLIC IN FUTURE VIDEOS!!!!!! There are so many HIV related stigma and discrimination out there; however,HIV is not the end of the world, people who have HIV still live like normal people. I LOVE your 13 yo’s Reaction! I have a 13-year-old son, and he is entirely unimpressed by me and often annoyed with me for usually no reason at all. It just puts a smile on my face and warms my heart to see another 13-year-old being so true to their age! Seriously though, your kids are gorgeous and they look like they are amazing people.

It feels like I have an another Mom, so inspirational and beautiful children - you are a beacon and glimmer of hope for those who have no voice suffering with the stigma and fear of living with HIV/AIDS around the world. Anyways, I clicked your video and watched them all. You're such a beautiful person! You have a sweet family and I wish you all the best in your adventure .
Thank you so much! I feel connected to Freddy after being so sick. I'm incredibly lucky to get this when I did, it's so incredibly manageable. Most people only have to deal with the stigma because it doesn't affect your health anymore if you are on meds.

God bless you hun, and your children. keep taking your medication, keep yourself healthy. my mom and dad passed away from it yrs ago. my mom passed when I was 11, and my dad passed when I was 9. my father was a heroin addict and he shared needles with his brothers and they all got it. my mom got it from my dad after I was born, trying to give him another chance and it didn't work out and she got sick. she found out when I was 8 and passed when I was 11. I am 33 yrs old now and lived my life without my parents. I didn't understand what my mom had when I was young, my sister did because she was learning about it in school. quite a few family members have passed from it and it's heart breaking. I miss my mom all the time. please keep yourself healthy. God bless you and your children.

Thank you for sharing your story and these videos, I grow up with my mom having aids, she contact it through my father and found out when she was pregnant, she never really educated us (me and my brothers) about it maybe because she didn't know much her self,she lived with aids for 15 yrs, it's been 8 yrs that I have been missing my sweet lady, I wish there were more videos like yours when she was alive, she was always so careful afraid to pass it on to us even tho we know how hiv was spread, I wish there was i cure sooner but glad that soon there would be

There is no risk with razors. I'm undetectable for one thing. It's ok, people don't know a lot about HIV and worry about factors that don't threaten anyone.

My bf said the other day, "you must have had moments where you just sat and cried when no one is looking" and the answer to that was honestly a very happy No. Never. Not once. No reason to. I'm happy, I'm alive and now I'm helping people. I honestly can't believe this is my life. I'm the lucky one. Lol, and 13 year olds are stinkers!! darling, I am health anxious person, several days ago I share my food with one of my friends that has got hvi and I am so anxious if his blood was in my food and I ate the blood while if I had a sore in my mouth. darling can answer my question that is it chance that can I get hiv by eating fresh hiv blood if I had worse in my mouth?

He lives about 8 miles away, he's fine. We've been divorced since 2008 and he sees the kids on a regular basis. We have a good co-parenting relationship. My daughter will be flattered. :)

Are you afraid of teaching your kids that HIV is not a big deal that they one they decided to have unprotected sex - just because hiv is not a big deal -
They see me living my life freely, not in fear of HIV, not crippling myself mentally because I have a virus in me that is totally controlled. I've shown them a healthy approach to a manageable medical condition. They are also aware of safe sex and how this virus made it's way into their mom. They clearly don't want HIV, but I'm not going to scare them either about my condition.

Let's just say, I cut my leg and she used my razor immediately after (which would never be the case)...1. the virus would never survive outside of the body for very long. 2. I'm undetectable. The virus isn't even in my blood anymore. It's laying dormant in my lymph cells. There is zero risk of her using my razors. Zero.
