I am soooo grateful for finding your channel. finally cute, simple, and NOT tacky dollar tree DIYs (Not that i dont love the dollar tree, but i cannot stand to watch another DIY of spray painted gold vases with plastic rhinestones at the top lol) I can actually apply to my own wedding. Love you girls and thank you so much!!! Please keep this series going!

Definitely the number one of my list of wedding goals! I am so happy that you do know what you want and you are able to make it real Becky! And so you are showing people how to achieve your goals without spending millions to it and ended up much happier and satisfied. I love watching you girls, keep going! Congrats on your wedding Becky!
I am from the UK ,i just got to say what a absolutely stunning wedding everything is so beautiful .Anyone can see just how much you two love each other , and everyone else loves Yah . best of luck to you both ,Got to say i love The Sorry Girls Blogs so talented !
It does look amazing! And i love the fact that it doesnt have to be wedding related, im thinking it would look incredible for a christmas table setting with a few changes of foliage and maybe a pop of red
I honestly wish you guys were both just in the getting ready for the wedding phase for forever. these videos are genuinely helpful and you have awesome taste!
this looks so perfect and amazing! but I guess you would have to make them all the day before the wedding. especially if you have a lot of guests (and tables). and the day before the wedding can be pretty stressful I think.
actually, if you make the base of the bunches (the greenery and any flowers that dries nicely) a week in advance if you just spray it with water, put plastic over it and keep it in a cool place. You can cut (NOT like they do, do it with a knife!) and put the roses in water tubes with HOT water (about 50*c) and also put them in a cool spot a few, 4/5 days ahead. Then just put it together the day before!
mila maria Also, put floral preservative solution in the water that's in the water tubes. Many people just throw out the little preservative packets that come with flowers from a florist, but they actually make a big difference.
My wedding is coincidentally like the exact same style as yours this is so convenient!! I did my invites based on your tutorial, and I was planning on table decor being very similar to this! Thanks for a new perspective on how to do it! I'll probably be combining yours with some other videos I have watched!!
Thank you so much, really appreciated the step by step guide. I used your guide on how to do this, adapting it to foliage I foraged from a local forest and it worked really well
Hi gals! You two are Fantastic! I’m so glad I accidentally found you. I’m getting married next yr June and like you I’m a DIY bride. I’m building my own wisteria backdrop on a frame and sweetheart table runner. I’ve been trying to rack my brain on the materials to use and watching this video has just solved my problem. Thank u! Love u loads. If u could do a silk wisteria backdrop covering just one side of the frame ( 90 degree angle) I would really appreciate it. X
I can't believe I grew up on a farm with all the different leaves of trees that you guys used, didn't know how beautiful they could look together. If that makes any sense lol but I guess I'll be visiting my parents and grabbing some free leaves to make my own!
Wow this is amazing thank you for sharing, I'm planning a birthday party for my husband at a park pavilion, I want to decorate fancy this will help impress
Can you please diy and film a wedding arch? It'd be cool to have three different kinds, one for a super simple bride, then a moderate one and then one that goes all out! But still sticking to this very lush and green theme! I'm obsessed with the wedding series! About to begin planning my own wedding and these are so helpful and inspiring!
Looking for the blog post to see where you got the greenery/flowers from :) I'm getting married in September (outside the GTA) and am having a difficult time finding where to purchase bulk flowers from!!
I've been testing out greenery garlands for my own wedding! Unfortunate living in Australia, the leaves just die within 24hrs so I am stuck on how I'll find time to assemble the garlands as well as decorate the rest of the reception as well as chill out before the big day! I'm thinking maybe wet foam? So much to think about! Thank you for your DIY videos!
Your channel and videos are so professional! So much better than most of the new buzz feed vids 😊 carry on with the amazing content and congrats on the wedding! Xx
Thank you ladies! This video was so amazing. I'm getting married this October 2017 and this is exactly close to my decor for the wedding centerpieces 😄
Thank you both so much I just started planning my wedding party and this video will help me with my rustic decor and it's kind to my budget. Thanks again
thank you so much I'm using this for my thanksgiving table scape!!!!! hobby lobby had 80% off thanksgiving floral, 50% off garland, and dried plants which was perfect!!! I ended up getting 6 foot Salal garland for $7.50/each Dried Eucalpytus dollar bunch $4.50, leather fern that was yellowish for $2, baby's breathe $2= $16 for a whole garland center piece!!!!! thats reusable
How far in advanced did you make the centerpiece? I don't want to wait until the last minute to make it but also don't want to run the risk of the flowers and plants dying!! Thank you so much!!
looks wonderful!! you might want to invest in a bottle of finishing touch flower spray, though; it locks in the moisture and provides the flowers/greens with nutrients. it's fairly cheap and makes a huge difference! you won't even need the water tubes for the roses. i work at a flower shop and that stuff is a gift from the gods tbh, lol. much love x
ps. white roses bruise easily as heck, so be very careful when handling them. i'm sure you're already being very gentle, though. this is just something i recently learned at work so i'm sharing the info :3
Believe it or not..that actually works. The pros just buy it cut and dipped in a special preservative, but you can easily cut branches from your backyard, and get creative!
Lmao not me going for a “ evening walk” with some clippers and a bag cutting down branches 🤣 I’m tempted my neighbor has a dollar eucalyptus tree out front 👀
florists charge more mainly because of the time it takes to put together the centrepiece, and they're paying a trained designer to put it together for you. Even so, most florists will give you a fair price and count each flower as they go to be sure. And the greenery, water tubes, and wires are usually left out of the final cost. So you really get what you pay for when working with a florist! I work in a flower shop and watch some really talented ladies work tirelessly to create amazing centrepieces, and trust me, you aren't being overcharged!
Hannah Joy ☾ wow I was thinking of doing this myself but was worried about when to assemble the greenery before the wedding. But now that you explained the details that comes with having a florists.... I just may go with one.
Theresa Bach I’m going to go with fake flowers, there is no way a bride can do this with real ones. The wedding might start and she will be doing this hahah
Hannah Joy ☾ you make a solid point! what is considered a reasonable price to pay? I was thinking of making them about 7 or 8 inches and surrounding them with candles.
Riya Jain it’s 45 dollars a piece, before the other things you need... you can buy these done from Sam’s club or Costco florists to save a little, but I’m trying to save practical pennies, and it’s beautiful, but not practical for most
Can you show us how to do foliage bunting, very similar but hanging? I would love to do it for my wedding but I have no idea how to make it look good... THANKS!
Hi my wedding is in January 2020 and my venue does not allow me to build the flowers or runners on site. I need to bring them prepared. Can you advise how to care for them and also how to transport this ? I would need to make one the night before and am afraid the greenery would get bad if not in water.

mila maria Also, put floral preservative solution in the water that's in the water tubes. Many people just throw out the little preservative packets that come with flowers from a florist, but they actually make a big difference.
Hanna is wrong! Do not use hot water on roses they will die right away! Use cold water!
@@judybarraza5272 I always use warm water when I buy fresh roses and also use the preserve pack and my flowers look awesome for a few about 5 days.
Beautiful! At first I wasn't so sure about the floral runner, but once everything was put together to give the full picture it was amazing!
My wedding is coincidentally like the exact same style as yours this is so convenient!! I did my invites based on your tutorial, and I was planning on table decor being very similar to this! Great job ladies.
I absolutely love it. I want to have like a really natural theme to my wedding lots of greens and Natural colors. I love it all the way!
Thank you so much, really appreciated the step by step guide. I used your guide on how to do this, adapting it to foliage I foraged from a local forest and it worked really well
I am so excited to see how all of these diys will come together on the actual day! It will be such a beautiful wedding 💕
my sister did a floral table runner of salal for the head table! And then had a small bit of it on each of the centerpieces, on top of cedar rounds.

OMG that looks amazing, but I'm so broke that I would have to get all my supplies from the forest 😂👍
LOL!!!
Believe it or not..that actually works. The pros just buy it cut and dipped in a special preservative, but you can easily cut branches from your backyard, and get creative!
From the forest and neighbours backyard 🤣
Lmao not me going for a “ evening walk” with some clippers and a bag cutting down branches 🤣 I’m tempted my neighbor has a dollar eucalyptus tree out front 👀
