Watched this yesterday (and liked), but coming back on here to say its a shame it hasn't been shown to more people, because from a content perspective, its a great one - I love hearing about different skin routines and the different products they use. I used to be an absolute skincare junkie (im talking 10 steps), but now i struggle to know what to use as my skin texture has changed a lot after the early menopause (had it at 31) and I've become a bit more lazy. Might give Skin & Me a go as would be good to get something more prescriptive. I also like that they show real people's progress photos on there

I’ve got the same problem with melasma and tried skin & me for a few months, saw no changes and cancelled. You’ve just persuaded me to reactivate it and give it another try!
The strength increases over time so it may take longer but also, you can contact them if you aren’t seeing the results you want!
I love seeing peoples skincare routines and I have been through so many Laneige lip sleeping masks I cannot go to sleep without it. If anyone wants to save a bit of money on brow growth serums, I use the Ordinary one and I’ve gone from having no brows to the best brows ever! It’s only a tenner and I highly recommend 😊

I wash my face upstairs as soon as I’ve put the kids to bed and come downstairs to the do the rest of my skincare on the sofa!
I am from australia. I did the skin software thing for a bit (thats the aussie version of skin and me). I found it to be a rip off and a bit wasteful. The compound has an 8 week expiry (so they say anyway) and it was $88. I always had heaps left in the bottle.
I figured why pay that when a tube of standard Tretinoin or adapalene can last much longer?

Also, tretinoin didnt do it for me. My skin needs are "complicated"...i have pigmentation like you, but then i also have acne prone skin.
Tretinoin cream caused these weird blocked pore type things, (found out later they are actually white heads) that would eventually turn into big painful cysts.
The silver bullet for me was adapalene gel and benzoyl peroxide cream. I cant say much about my pigmentation, its still there, but i would rather have dark spots than a sore face ☹️
We can’t get tretinoin over the counter here so that’s a big part of it..‘I’d imagine you have access to a few things we don’t skincare wise. This kind of service is made for daily use so you should in theory have nothing left if you’re using as advised but I am the same as you and used to buy the individual components and switch it up. This suits me better now

Might be worth trying henna brows it's like a tint but it tints the skin last around a month to six weeks xx

I’m not the same with skincare but I am with my morning routine, my moisturiser sits in my makeup bag which lives downstairs… I get ready at the dining table whilst having breakfast, so it makes sense to have it there all the time, rather than in my bathroom/bedroom etc as I just wouldn’t do my makeup in there!
And you probably have better light at the dining table too!
I use cleansing brush and I love it no7 mine is a basic would do the same. My skin different if I don’t use it.

I do my skincare routine and then do my cats’ litter tray while the moisturiser sinks in. I’ve been taking hair gummies and I’ve noticed my eyebrows have improved, but I’d like to try a serum. Regarding the neck, definitely keep moisturising. I lost weight and my neck went wrinkly and now it won’t go back to normal.
The reason I don’t take hair supplements is the volume of facial hair I’m already working with 😂 I’m concerned that will become SUPER facial hair 😂😂
@@MissBudgetBeauty I have copious amounts of chin hair. I was so pleased with my eyebrows that I didn’t even think about what the gummies were doing to my chin! 😮
I use Liz earl it's natural ingredients it's good for my skin now that I am 62yrs old but people think I look younger they say I look like I am in my late thirties early 40. My skin is so clear and even as a child I had good skin.
I think A LOT of it comes down the genetics but a consistent routine is excellent way to stack the deck. I like Liz Earle but I think something about the fragrance doesn’t agree with my skin
