They look cool. I like Knurlies too but with this kind of tidying it does seem a plus for those who just use nylon washers to screw in their modules. Would leave a screwhole on top of every standoff that either this or a hook could be screwed into easily Scottish nun's chuff on sundays?
I have also nest tamers. Those are pretty ok. I also have "clear control - cable clips" AI synthesis did sell those several years ago. These I like even more, because those are little bit smaller. I think they made these only one batch, they have been sold out since. I would buy more :)
