Im kind of glad to see another fellow Xiangli Yao player use Lingering Tunes for his set. Not only do I choose it because of dps and aoe for crowd control, but also bc MA had been a symbolic component to his story.
Lmao I originally had the exact same thinking, MA was his echo as far as I was concered but even after playing with it, I wouldn't want to go back to Tempest or Thundering. It flows so well with the rest of his kit.
@@unsoughtspace Do you have a community discord I could ask good players for help in, This new Tower of adversity they added is hard, other than Xiangli yao and Jiyan which I've invested a lot in, I'm stuck with Calcharo, he's so unfun and I despise him. so I'm wondering who I could ask for advice on building a new team, I'm thinking Havoc Rover, Danjin, but I'm not sure how that team works.
I don't keep track of what's the most optimal sorry, I just use what I like. However I have tried both and I've had better success with Void Thunder (Electro) for both solo and team play, if you don't have her signature weapon, probably Moonlit would be better since your main dps will likely be doing a lot more damage so Heron + Moonlit passive helps out a lot. However if you want to play her in quick swap, Void Thunder with Tempest would probably be the best choice. I run my Yinlin on Void Thunder with Tempest.
In terms of the math, there are a lot of factors that go into which will do more damage for your Xiangli Yao but in summary, pick the set with better stats (Yeah I know, generic response but its true). In terms of gameplay, I wouldn't give up Mech for anything else so I like LT, but if you are a quick swap enjoyer, you might get more use out of VT with Tempest. If I was to recommend one, if you have one of the two sets already built and you're happy with the way it plays, run that, if not try all the echoes out and pick the one with a playstyle you like and build a set around that.
The S0 means the character has 0 sequence nodes or wavebands unlocked, or is at resonance chain 0, these are different terms that all mean the same thing. The R1 means the weapon is at rank 1 or syntonize 1 and typically also means you are using their signature weapon. So my Xiangli Yao at S0R1 just indicates that he has no sequence nodes unlocked and his signature weapon at rank 1. A whale Xiangli Yao with all his sequence nodes unlocked and his weapon at max rank would be S6R5. You may see a bunch of different ways people list this like C0R1 or E0S1 but these are from different games so S0R1 is what I use for WuWa. If this wasn't what you were asking let me know.
Exactly what I needed to finally beat these guys
Yao causally destroying everything and yet he’s free 😂
One of the best presents Kuro has ever given us!

Amazing bro🎉
❤❤❤
7:26 bro actually demolishing crownless like nothing, & fighting straight at him Dodgeing Crazy mann😮.
How are you doing it😅
Lots of practice and lots of failing 😋
He's just came out and you already max him😅
😆 I normally don't prefarm but since he was free, I thought might as well. Plus he's cool!
I suppose he doesn’t work for tempest Memphis so that’s where I’ll need to be using Jiyan
Jiyan will clear Tempest just fine, I have a Jiyan vs Holograms video as well if it helps.

@@SonicGintoki Sorry mate, I'm not a part of any WuWa discords other than the official one so unfortunately I don't know any good ones to recommend.
Can you tell which set gives faster clear time on yinlin moonlight or electro?
