This song takes me back to when I got my first job. In 10th grade April 1988. I was heavy into Mannhiem Steamrollets Fresh Aire series and wanted more New Age music. I saw Optical Race at Wall to Wall sound and Video and thought it looked good. This is my first time hearing a live version.
there are some few great live bootlegs for any TD tour try to grab them somewhere around

Hallo Dirk, ik heb ze inmiddels 3 keer live gezien, 2x in Londen en 1x in Zurich. Nog met Edgar Froese erbij maar ik vind ze niet slechter gewordenzonder hem dus zal erg gaaf worden in Zoetermeer. Ik ben er ook bij dus misschien tot ziens

I did in 2019. TD played this in the NL Zoetermeer on the 24 10 2019. It was amazing good. Love it. Hope to see them again in Amsterdam on the 5.6.2021. Greetings from Belgium. Dirk.
