Hi!, I'm a fresh white belt (6 to 8 weeks of training) and I've watched nearly all of your vids. So, many thanks for your video's, looking forward to the next one.
What you're saying is extremely true! One can never over-train the basic foundations and they are something that should be trained daily! More often than not, it is basic technique that will save you in a tricky situation.
Phillip, Don't rush and take your time doing every more step by step. you will take longer by flying through the technique then going slow. DON'T eat a heavy meal right before your class. Don't be shy and make conversation with future teammates. Keep us posted and good luck. Also Check out our other video on "Things to avoid in Jiu Jitsu"
+Jason Beatzz I did but stopped again I don't have a car and my parents work so it's hard to get dropped off but I will start again after I get a car. still nervous because everyone knows so much and I know nothing
This was helpful.
Iam white belt from lisbon. I train only 25 times yet ... your videos are good for guys like me . Thanks . continue .
