Absolutely gorgeous Karen, I'm always amazed by how many layers you manage to lay down. Excellent colouring, the wee bat is brilliant, looking forward to seeing your houses, thank you 💖
You're so talented. I just love watching you color, it's so relaxing. It's looking so amazing! Thank you Karen for sharing your beautiful coloring projects.
Hi Karen!💖. Yay so happy you are coloring in this book! This page is so adorable, and I know when you are finished it’s going to be stunning and adorable lol...thank you so much Karen, no pressure but my day isn’t the same without hearing your kind soft voice and watching an inspirational video from you!! 💖💖
Coloring along with you melts my stress! You are so accomplished and you make it look so easy for us learning Thank you for sharing your gift ...Blessings from Rhonda
I am working on this one. It's really astonishing how the colors pop when you lay dry pencil over the watercolor pencil. By the way, the caput mortuum violet is based on the fact that in the early 19th century well maybe later than the early 19th century painters used what they called mummy Brown which is actually made from ground-up Egyptian mummies. Certainly an appropriate color to use for a Halloween picture
I love the colors you used on this. (Thanks for listing them.) I'm attempting the follow along, don't have the Albrecht Durer, but I have the Polychromos. Thanks again Karen.
Super fun!! I luv this coloring book, it’s very sweet. Always a pleasure watching you bring a picture to life with your talent. Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏻😊
Good Morning Karen, always so nice to hear your calming voice and enjoy your immense talents. I wish you lived in my community and gave courses, but this is the next best thing.
I've just bought my FC Albrecht Durer pencils I really like them and was surprised how bright the pigment is. Absolutely love them. I haven't used them with my Polychromos yet. Your video has gave me an idea on how to do it. Great tutorial and excellent work. 😊 I was wondering, if I chose to use a different colour scheme for this picture (as I also have this book). E.g a blue & grey as long as the colours are a light, medium and a dark it would blend together properly to give a shade and tone?
You are making me want to play with my water pencils but....I left them in Canada and I am in Florida so unable to get to the before next spring HA! I am way too OCD I need to loosen up because as I look at you go and the outcome of your colorings....
Thank you Karen!! After using all of your gorgeous pencils, how about giving us your favorite... I'm guessing Prisma Colors. Could I be right? Thank you again for a lovely hour of fun and relaxation
love your videos. I have got polychromos n just ordered small starter set of albrcht durr, unfortunately i will not be able to purchase this great book cost of shipping is too high for me. i will be looking for something similar to use your techniques. thanks for sharing.
Hello Karen, your colorings are amazing. I have a question, do you want to do a color allong with Black widow penicils and then onley the CB, BW and de SC set? Maybe in a book from Klara Marcova, Fairy Miracles? Thank you!
I have had the Poly's for over a year and not used them to much because they take lots of layers and it would hurt my wrist, but with the Albrecht Durer's being the same colors will make it so much easier for me to use them. They work beautifully together and they color range is wonderful.
Hi Karen!💖. What a cute start! You had me giggling a couple of times, how is the paper holding up to the water? Normally with watercolor pencils and in a book with paper that is questionable, I will use my Tombow Colorless Blender, you have to use less pigment but it works quite well and I use pencil over it! I have a question which brand and what color would you choose to replace Prisma’s Chocolate? I have ordered the color from Cheap Joes, great price but takes 7 - 10 days to get here once ordered. Thank you Karen, it’s late and I’m exhausted. 💖💖
Water is doing pretty good on this page, Prisma Chocolate: Sepia Red in Lightfast, Burnt Siena in Sargent Arts, Lumis, and Polys, Mud in Black Widow (skin set), Cocoa in Artezas, Brown Earth in Coloursofts, and #60 in South Sun/Brutfuner. Did I miss a set?...
@@ZucchiniKitty karen, you missed nothing lol, I was expecting one brand and the color to match Chocolate in the Prismas only, not every set lol, but I sure do appreciate all those options! 💖💖
Such an adorable picture. I just got my prismas colored pencils. I got them as a gift to myself for my Birthday 🎁🎈🎂🥳.. it was just on the 2nd. I'm doing a color along with Color with FaithfulGirl1978 (Belinda) I'll post it in your group❤️❤️
The first layer on the pumpkins is gorgeous
Thank you

Yes they should, try them out on a separate paper to see how they blend before using on the page....

Thanks I found it but it’s over $50.00 with shipping. I guess I will have to wait till they release it again.
I went ahead and bought three of her books. Won’t be able to afford food this month but I have my priorities. Lol
