- Replacing stock rollers with Hi-torque rollers on a 2021 Ski-doo 850 Turbo…not because they needed it, but because I wanted it.

Ah HA! The spacer was blocking the mysterious spring pin. Thanks for showing that detail!
I was having trouble with the pins until watching your video. Thanks so much for your video. With the right tool (3/32 punch) and just a little know how it was easy.
You made it look a lot easier than most people say it is. Good job 👍
Seeing is believing 😎
Thanks Tom. Want to confirm you did the roller replacement without removing the bearing on the jack shaft
That’s correct
Question pertaining to the use of Locktite, Is this still necessary when the roller bolt is pinned into place? Great video. Thank you
I don’t believe so. But it can’t hurt right?
Excellent step by step. Thanks.
My package from Fetbros included 2 e clips. Are those needed on a g4 secondary? I didn’t see you add them around the washer
E clips were used on the older sleds. The gen4’s use a pin.
@@xtremeairvents thanks again. Great vid
Can you give the size and spec on the 13mm bolts to swap out the torx bolts?
Check out my p-drove hrss clutch install video, it’s all in there
Nice video
