Very good video however I will never recommend Srijan Projects to anyone because I booked a flat in Srijan Eternia a year ago and cancelled my allotment after paying Rs 4.55 lakhs upfront as I got to know a lot of things about the project however Srijan was not ready to return the Rs 4.55 lakhs, the property was not even registered in my name hence I dragged them to consumer court and the case is still ongoing. Most unethical builder, in simple words cheats.
..But what's wrong with the constructions of Eternis?...It was completed pretty fast I guess...We went there 1yr ago & the outside plasterwork was going on & when I visited the project in May 2022, saw everything's done & many residents have already moved...Now I heard that a few 3bhk properties that was available. . .was already sold!...The vlogger we see in this video is also a property owner at Eternis...Srijan Realty has completed more or less 19 projects in Kolkata so far... .
