2k23 needs to have (i) primary alliances, (ii) secondary alliances (which get over-ruled by primary alliances), for example when former stablemates encounter one another, but are each part of modern factions, and (iii) emnity - rivals no matter what the scenario.
Oh... And I thought of a (iv) enemy of an enemy is a friend. Two individuals with no relationship, encounter a mutual rival, so they double team said rival. Imagine Jake and Piper facing off...and then Rude enter the Rumble! LOL 🤣

Kerry Von Erich was known as "The Modern Day Warrior" in his pre-WWF days and he used Rush's song "Tom Sawyer" as his entrance music, which the phrase "Modern Day Warrior" is from, so it makes sense for him to be on "The Warriors" Survivor Series team. Today he is still one of my favorite wrestlers of all time. If he was in a better mental state in his life, which first cost him his foot and then sadly his life, he could have been one of the biggest names in the WWF.
And it is also rumored that he put on the makeup and wrestled as the ultimate warrior on House shows that the warrior no showed.

That was certainly a million dollar performance from Ted Debiase there, especially towards the end where he showcased a tough, brutal side to his wily persona.

That was an amazing classic late 80s early 90s final group in the Rumble. Very similar to the 89 or 90 Rumble. One of the best Rumbles yet

When DiBiase went off the top rope, I thought we were in store for a classic missed double ax-hammer, shot to the bread basket, followed by a million dollar flip. Always loved that one.

Brilliant Ricky J man!!! I love these videos and I thought the last ending was ace, never seen that before. An idea for a Royal Rumble that I have been thinking of is to have 29 giants coming in at 1-29, all must be the tallest you can get and a little guy coming in at 30. Maybe having Giant Gonzales's little brother 'Tiny Gonzales' coming in at 30. Now that would be EPIC!!!

My favorite Survivor Series team, just for the pure randomness, was the 4 x 4s. It was Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Ron Garvin, Barry Horowitz and Bret Hart.

Really enjoying these team based Rumbles lately! Here's a potential idea for a team based Rumble for the future with a twist. This would be a way to have an all Womens Rumble as part of an official Season without having to enter the winner into the Champion's Rumble. What if you did a Rumble in which each woman involved had a representative that either was relevant in story line or real life to them, past or present? Like, Stephanie McMahon represents Triple H, Britt Baker represents Adam Cole, Beth Pheonix represents Edge, Naomi represents Jimmy Uso, Miss Elizabeth represents Macho Man etc. And the winner of that Rumble sees their representative go on to the Champions Rumble. Keep it rockin' Ricky, your videos are a joy to watch my man!

I might be partial because all I know is the 8 man tag team matches but i noticed there were a few 20 man Survivor Series matches that looked wild.
Another great Rumble. I feel like Warrior has been in the last 5 the most times out of any competitor. Often gets close but can't quite get it over the line.

Awesome rumble! I believe Greg "the Hammer" Valentine actually dyed his hair black for the tag team "Rhythm & Blues" with the Honkey Tonk Man. I loved the sequel to Hogan vs. Andre we briefly got too. Also, since I love keeping track of the average winner, this season's average winner is entrant # 21.5, lasted 11 minutes & 48.6 seconds, and eliminated 3.8 competitors.
Trivia: Rick Rude used the DDT as a finisher, but they made him change it when he came to wwf because Jake was using it. They originally had Rick doing a slingshot suplex as a finisher. They changed that to a neckbreaker and that one stuck.
Yeah, that Bam Bam custom is WAAAAY to tall. :o One of my favorite teams was "Hulk Hogan, Demolition, and Jake the Snake". Weird, but great team. The band that you're thinking of is Pantera. :D

Maybe the reason he saved Perfect is he thought Perfect would be easier than Warrior, and it paid off for him, no pun intended. 😉 As for fav Survivor Series teams, well, Undertaker was always my fav wrestler since I was a little girl, mostly because I have always been a horror movie fan, and he was like a horror movie character come to life. So the Million Dollar Team has always been special to me ever since I found out that was where he made his debut. Another one was The Darkside when Taker was Captain along with Henry Godwin, Savo, and Fatu. Specially later on when I learned of the BSK, and how those 4 along with Yoko and I believe a few others was best friends behind the scenes. Made it more special I think. Anyways, I enjoyed this, thank you, Ricky J.

On another note, Rock and Austin were on opposing sides at Survivor Series 2001, but there was a Survivor Series rules match where they did team up once on an episode of Smackdown in November 1999 as Austin and Rock teamed up with Shane McMahon and Kane against Team DX (Triple H, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn and X-Pac) there was also a rematch the following week under Survivor Series Rules with Test instead of Austin as Austin was the special guest referee (This match also featured Arnold Schwarzenegger on commentary)
