  • Therapy takeaways, meeting Quinn XCII, and realizing that we all have such similar feelings, no matter where we're at in life.
There's nothing we have to do or achieve to be worthy of love.
    Thanks for watching!

You are worthy. You are perfectly imperfect and that makes you unique. Every imperfection highlights your personality. Never stop being who you are because that makes you stand out from others.❤️❤️❤️

Those moments in our lives most worth remembering are the spontaneous ones, unscripted, impromptu, no preparation necessary-you could talk forever, as one pick-up point flows naturally into the next. And the memory of that experience, however brief, always brings a smile.

You don’t know how badly I needed this podcast tonight. I’m very much into spiritual stuff like that too, and I fully believe I was “lead” to watch this. I was molested when I was a toddler, and although it never went to trial (at least not for that lol) I had experiences in my life that made me feel like I had to prove myself constantly due to emotional neglect and abuse. I swear, besides the specific details of your personal interactions, I related to every word. Tell your therapist one of YOUR fans said thank you!! I’ve been working on these things and that “breakthrough” phrase she said to you had me mind blown. It’s like, I knew that, but I didn’t have the words to express it and that EXPRESSED IT lmao. Thanks so much for sharing Sebastian

This is amazing to read Alexandra. I'm so glad this was helpful for you. You got me feeling emotional and connected and intensely grateful.
The phrase hits SO HARD. I passed this along to my therapist and she was thrilled :)
I've been on a break from podcasting/social media and have been planning to start up again soon, and reading your comment just filled me with enthusiasm. Thank you for sharing and being here. I'm so glad our paths have intersected. Hope you're doing well!

The story about Quinn was really touching. Authenticity attracts authenticity, Sebastian! Who knows maybe if we met in person I wouldn't feel worthy of hanging out with you! BTW, I would, because like you I am lovable! :)

I have finally realized, like any addict, I was never going to be able to stop having psych sessions... some traumas can only be acknowledged but never fully healed. Another negative impact of what we experienced.
