What a wonderfull way to spend a sun eve, watching the delights of your garden and your animals are just so sweet, thankyou for such enjoyment xxx
Happy you enjoyed it Linda!🥰
What a beautiful peaceful place ❤
A warning about the Spiderwort…in my Florida garden, the roots are actually as long as the plants are tall. (Edit and thick too). Good luck with thinning them out. I have my hands full just trying to dig up the seedlings before they can bloom and set seed, much less actually being able to dig out the grown plants.
Greetings from Ireland, Beautiful natural looking garden, Its the bees knees.
What a beautiful peaceful place
I’m happy you appreciate all your blessings. You are so right about what is important for a life of joy. All my best.😊
Very enjoyable video. Felt like I was in a story book. Beautiful garden. 😊
Oh my goodness just seeing mommy duck and I love her ! What a good girl can't wait to see her babies 🤗🤗🤗
I know! I can't wait, it should only be a few weeks now!
I loved spending time with you! Your video was beautifully filmed and I loved the music. I love your garden and animals.
I enjoy your gardening videos! I love your dogs, and farm animals, they are the cutest! I heard you say that you have a lot of roots in your garden. I have a large shade garden around a mature red maple, which has surface roots. I've cut those out for years, and this year I was gifted with a root slayer shovel and hand held trowel. It has made all the difference in the world for me. I found that if I slant it on an angle, it cuts through the roots so much easier. I hope you can get one, it will be with you for years to come. And your body will thank you as well. Happy Gardening!
Hi Nancy! Thank you so much for this helpful tip! I will absolutely be getting one of those. I have spent the past few days almost breaking my back trying to get large roots out of my beds🤣 I so appreciate this, thank you!!
@@homewithaddisonI’m an avid gardener myself and own many shovels; the root slayer is THE ONLY shovel I ever reach for. You’ll love it! I first got the perennial version which is the smaller of the 2 offered. I recently bought the larger version and don’t think I will using it as much or even like it as much as the smaller one. It’s also a lot heavier and not as easy to use, whereas the smaller version can make quicker work of things because you can get into smaller spaces.
@@KimmiiPooH That's interesting! I guess my cousin bought me the smaller version, since it's on the smaller one than my normal shovel. It's the most wonderful shovel and it works so good!
Theo living his best life going through the garden and rolling in the grass 🩵☺️
Love your garden videos! You give me so much inspiration for my own garden. And your ducks are SO cute!
Thank you, I'm so glad you enjoy them!🥰
Everything is beautiful love all of those beautiful fur babies , your garden is really beautiful I have found many years ago in my own garden that the best thing you can do if you want Beautiful plants is. to add compost when planning or as a top dressing your plants will love it and don't forget that Fertilizer
The fence is amazing!!!
New to your channel. Lovely 💕. Your dog running into the flower garden was 😂 funny.
Yes, the "mint" looks like cat mint...Google it if you'd like to compare, but fairly certain. Also the ground cover with yellow flower is beautiful and it's called seedum. I have both of those in my gardens as well. And the beautiful spiderwort is also often called widow's tears and can definitely be invasive. Love the furniture you purchased. Great deals on both of those!! Happy gardening Addison!!
This was so helpful, thank you!☺
The flower you found under the spiderwort plant is a heuchera or coral bell plant. They thrive in part sun to shade. Some can take sun but if the leaves start crisping up there is too much sun. It’s not dead at all the tiny spikes only come up for a short period and then you cut them off once they die back. You have a beautiful garden and love the ducks❤️
Thank you for this! 🥰
Helpful note , cover your wicker with a tarp when it's raining because it will not take long for it to rot. Believe me I know ! It will also help to put a clear coat on it but you will still have to be careful , I have had a lot of beautiful wicker that's in the garbage because of the moisture , it can not stand up to it .
Thank you for this! I didn't even think about it! Will be getting a tarp!
So excited about your possible mama duck. :) Also, the furniture finds are lovely under the tree. Gives it the perfect whimsical garden look!
Me too! Fingers crossed it all works out🥰🦆
I've grown to LOVE your channel, your garden is so beautiful and you seem like such a kind person. Thank you for sharing. I tend to watch your videos right before or after a long day in the garden, and one thing we do have in common-- i spend most of my time day dreaming of all the things i can do with my garden too. Lot of love.
Thank you for this sweet comment! Yes, I wish I had all the time in the world to accomplish all my garden daydreams!😅🥰
Honey bees love it
Good Morning from Germany, a cup of coffee and another video , very nice. It rained here since Thursday, but I planted anyway. Your animals and the garden together are beautiful, you got a very nice way to tell. Watched yesterday many videos of yours. 🙋♀️🌸🐶🐓🌺
I love it! I actually enjoy gardening in the rain, its very peaceful☺
Wooow❤️🥰What beautiful nature you have around your house🤩 Love the look of nature around and in your front yard!

That is an Amish rocking chair…I have 2 in my living room.
Watching from Pittsburgh, Pa.
Hello there! How lovely! I love my chair so far☺
That’s an Amish Rocker
Completely handmade..
In its day it would have been so beautiful
It has a lot of character now
I love your vlogs and your wattle fence, so cute! I don't have enough branches to put one together.
Thank you! I totally understand. I would like to build another wattle fence around the garden but it can be hard to find all the branches!
Es adorable tu jardín, es como ver un cuento de hadas, me encantó tu taza al principio me podrías decir de dónde es?
Hello Addison! I really loved the wooden chair you bought at the thrift store! You garden it’s so calming and beautiful! You inspired me to paint some birds houses, I painted 3 using the same colors you used! What a great idea. They are now in my garden 😊 . Your roses are beautiful. I want to ask you, what do you use to keep bugs i noticed mine are starting to have like a powder and the bushes look sick. Please if you know what do you use to keep them so nice and healthy. I live in southern California. I love your channel so much! Thank you !❤
Hello there! Thank you for this lovely comment! I love that you painted the bird houses! I got two more and am in the process of painting them☺Hmm as for the rose bushes, I'm not sure. I will keep you updated if mine start acting up. Let me know if you figure it out, very curious!
How are you so cute?! I love this! Makes me look forward to the farm life once more 🫶🏼🫶🏼🤍🤍
What a great find! That chair is adorable. Do your white ducks (peking) ever move? They are always staring at eachother. They are precious! Your dog, hiding behind the bush was hilarious! Like he was saying "Mom, don't tell everyone ". HEHE! Good job on the wattle fence!
I ask myself that same question! They are still pretty young and I just started letting them free roam so I think they are still trying to figure out how to be ducks!🤣

Cut off the flowers and water and water again the plant you moved because it wasn't doing well.
And what zone are you in please? Your gardens are lovely!
Thank you! I am in zone 7a!
Your place is so peaceful and lovely. What state do you live in, if you don't mind? I'm in Alaska and we definitely do not have flowers yet. Our grass is just showing back up as the winters here are so long.
Hello! I live in Virginia. I have always wanted to visit Alaska, I think it's so beautiful! Hopefully it starts warming up there☺
Addison, could you have a video list that we can go back and click on see previous videos
I love your gardens and all the animals. So fun to watch, I'm curious about the ducks, are they wild ducks? Do they just stay in your yard ? So cute. And I love the garden furniture that you got. 😍
Thank you Kathy!☺ They are domesticated ducks so they are too heavy to fly. We do have some wild ducks in the area who like to stop by and hang out with our ducks sometimes. It's very funny to watch. The wild ducks are a lot smaller though!
@@homewithaddison oh wow. That's cool.
We have ducks and was wondering what you use for water for them? We were thinking about a pond but not sure.
Hello there! We have a small pond but we haven't really built it up yet. Its definitely on my list of projects to get done!
Haha, your duck is probably yelling at the male for not helping her keep the eggs warm.
Was that another clematis that something was eating? I’ve been trying to grow a clematis and the wild turkeys keep eating it. It’s the only perennial plant that they love to eat.
really beautiful video, I have a question* do you have issues with mosquitos?
Thank you! And only in the evening but they aren't that bad!
I think you would enjoy New England Fine Living UA-cam. She does wonderful yard gardens. Great ideas.
Thank you for this! I will check out her videos☺
Where is your garden
