The easiest and yummy Cheesecake, without cookie base nor cover [eng-subs]

Recently I have discovered a new cheesecake recipe that has undoubtedly become my favorite cheesecake, because it's a very easy recipe to prepare, it's really yummy and it doesn't need a cookie base nor coverage.
✎ Ingredients:
- Cream cheese (700 grams)
- Whipping cream (350 milliliters)
- Sugar (200 grams)
- Eggs (5 units)
- Salt (a pinch)
