    The way to release Stress And Strain!
    1. Physical Exercise until a bit tired.
    2. Talk with reliable friend who can listen you most. (the friend since you’re young). The best is LGPD friend if you got. They are the best to make you feel much better even on the phone. Eating, drinking with friends is also very effective way.
    3. Watching movies if you enjoy with but not horror movie, drama or comedy is ok!
    4. Do not go to see professional unless become out of control. Even GP doctor is not necessary. Try 1 to 3 first. Don’t take if your GP give you pill unless you have it before.
    5. Religion way is one of the most effective way if you are religious or have a religion.
    6. Make yourself busy and sleep efficiently.
    You can improve a lot if you try as above!
