Watching movies if you enjoy with but not horror movie, drama or comedy is ok! 4. Do not go to see professional unless become out of control. Even GP doctor is not necessary. Try 1 to 3 first. Don’t take if your GP give you pill unless you have it before. 5. Religion way is one of the most effective way if you are religious or have a religion. 6. Make yourself busy and sleep efficiently. You can improve a lot if you try as above!
