have your dodge key be the same as one of your arrows, I use right but I might suggest up or down cause those are more commen, bad idea to use it on bad time though.
If you look carefully, in the game over screen, there’s a hidden faded figure almost as if they’re Turing around to look at you. It’s hard to see but you can make out a hood, scarf, and some sort of body
Im glad you played the nightmare songs in indie cross! I was able to do only Cuphead's song (Devil's Gambit) so far the only ones I am struggling on rn is Bad time and Despair they are really hard compared to cuphead's song! Edit 1: I was able to beat Bad Time but it definitely gave me a bad time.. Edit 2: I was able to beat Despair! I barely had hp left at the end with my screen covered with ink but was able to pull threw and beat the song! (Also all the songs I beaten was on Hell mechanics difficulty which is 1.0 Version of Indie Cross! Which was the version I played)
I literally was only able to beat bad time with sheer determination (and multiple hours) but hey! At least you tried, which is more than a lot of people would do.
Congrats on the the tournament Anthony also yeah the nightmare songs are extremely difficult Cuphead took like 14 minutes, Bendy took 23 minutes and Sans took 3 HOURS
despair for all i know is the hardest nightmare song the song is 5 minutes long there are death notes in the way of the normal ones and the butcher gang pops up and proceeds to beat you down while ur going through spam that's all I know about the song

And I've also gone on record saying I'd never do the Nightmare songs myself, yet not even a week later (I think) I beat all three, so I mean, I think you could do them lol.

Fire is the background, you have to dodge, Avoid ink notes and on top of that avoiding death notes. While bad time is just crazy charting but doable with death notes and dodging. Honestly bad time depends on the player while you need real skill to beat despair
fun fact there was going to be a a bit in despair where bendy jumps into the air and he will land on the ground but he can land on you killing you so you have to move out of the way but before he lands there will be a arrow showing where he will land

Lil tip, if you struggle with the butcher gang, just spam space. It’s super annoying but it allows you to focus on the chart
