Also the extinguishers that are discharged you could go to the local fire extinguisher service that you trust and know and get them recharged, just a suggestion!
Yes I can I only do it with cheap Kidde extinguishers though because if I use something like a buckeye the fire extinguisher canister will rust I learned that the hard way.
So I got good news I got one of them back the ansul extinguisher I was able to find. I made a video about it and a new amerex B402 or its new to me. I might make a discharge video of it some day I don't really know. I might just keep it in the original condition
@@Jackofalltradescopyright if you're asking if I'm a fire extinguisher technician the answer is unfortunately no that's not saying that I'm not going to be one one day. Because I considering it. But if you are asking if I put old fire extinguishers in service the answer is yes but only in my house. If I'm installing a extinguisher for somebody else like a family or friend I always installed new ones. I only put Old Quality extinguishers in use like that b402 is old but I know that it will work because there quality. I discharged old extinguishers that work well. Let me know if this answers your question and thank you for reading 1
@@zacharykorbet9690 yes. I put old fire extinguishers in my house to but I’m to cheap to pay for my family’s fire extinguishers so I just make them get one
So yeah legally They cannot be put in service. However if I get them recharged then I can put them in service and they will be incomplanes with NFPA 10 and 101.
