Did you receive instructions email from the embassy, haven't receive mine and now is more than four months since our case was forwaded to the embassy
I haven't received the instructions email from the embassy. Instead, I proactively monitored the status of my case on CEAC and reached out to the US Embassy in Nairobi via email. After a few days, they provided me with the necessary details for my case. Despite following the instructions provided by the embassy, I faced challenges securing an interview within the required timeframe due to time constraints and potential backlogs. I managed to secure an interview for June 11th after several delays. Currently, I've completed my medicals and am in the process of compiling my documents and reviewing the FAQs. Additionally, I'll need to obtain an amended intention to marry from my petitioner (fiancé) to fulfill the requirements of I-129F. My advice is to proceed with gathering your documents and consider booking an interview with the Nairobi embassy if possible. Keep in mind that it may take two days for payments to be reflected on your account, and while desired interview dates may not always be available immediately, it's important not to be discouraged or delayed by this.

@@lloydshinaali thank you for your reply, my case have been saying ready for interview on cease status since feb, have been sending email to the embassy and I never got any reply, kindly which email did you use to email them. Have already filled the ds 160 and submitted.

Thank you so much. How long did it take you from receiving the K1-FTP to being sent an interview welcome letter from the embassy or consulate? I was trying to book an appointment but it says not to do so until we received the welcome letter.
I received my K1-FTP on 29th Aug 2023 and got my embassy letter on 8th Sep 2023.

Hello dear,i have a question.I left out some documents during the initial petition,(unknowingly)....But later after watching several videos i realized ill need them during the interview,what should i do, should i just bring them with me or not?.My fiance got divorced twice and we only submitted the latest divorce papers.We were approved and now im waiting for the interview, should i carry all the divorce documents for the interview or just the latest one we submitted initially???Thank you

Hello. Congratulations on your visa approval! I got my passport and visa by courier service within a week i.e my interview was on Friday and by end of the following week I had received my passport/visa. I'm not sure if maybe the timelines have changed...
Did NVC request for your email from your Fiancé after receiving the approval from USCIS?

When do you go for medicals wat do Ther check
You go for the medicals before going for the interview at the embassy.
So according to the official site, the medical examination will include a medical history review, physical examination, and chest X-ray, gonorrhea test, and blood tests (for applicants 15 years of age or older). The United States also requires tuberculosis (TB) testing for all applicants two years of age and older. My experience:
1. They took: blood and urine sample, did chest X-ray(which can show evidence of TB). I saw a doctor/physician who discussed with me my medical history and did my physical examination.
2. I was then given additional vaccination: Influenza, Dultravax, Hepatitis B and MMR.
NB: The full results are posted directly to the embassy ahead of the interview.

I ended up spending KES 45, 403 ($ 354.02) but they had requested me to have KES 70, 000 ($ 545.81) ready in my account.

- 5th May 2022 - When we petitioned for K1 Visa by submitting I -129 Form to the USCIS (First application of the K1 visa).
- 29th Sep 2023 - Interview date. You know your results immediately after the interview.

Hi @@gorettirezena9874 I had to look up the meaning of additional administrative processing. I thought that one gets an approved or not approved verdict but apparently that's not always the case? I came across these sites, hopefully they will help:
