if you wanna check out a extremely addicting survival game i recommenced abiotic factor. its thankfully under the radar of most people still but it has everything a good experience needs and its setting is a refreshing take on the survival aspect. ignore the graphics. the gameplay is absolutly addicting. you unlock stuff. you build a makeshift base in an underground complex etc but the building isnt as exessive as this or other games of this type. it even manages to sprinkle some good dark humor and horror in it aswell. it was the suprise "basically done early access game" of 2024 for me. and its still getting more content now. after the utter letdown of sons of the forest that game i believe in early access again thanks to that game.
Preface: Iz is funny in all videos. But we all know Iz hates 7dtd but continues to play it because the videos do well That being said, its crazy how differently funny he is when he's actually enjoying the game play!!
This is definantly one of those games that I'm going to be a bit warry about getting at the moment. Though it looks great and I'm a bigger fan of the Greek aesthetic than the Norse, I've been burned by a good few of the survival games I've played taking way too long to release content. Absolutely keeping an eye on it however, will likely pick it up when they introduce character customization however. So. Here's hoping they can keep up the momentum.
being in early access it is lacking in a little content but I would defiantly like to see more. they will have more content coming out soon i am sure with all the updates they have been making.

ROFL - it actually vastly amused me in Valheim that I could smoke myself out of my house and/or bean myself in the head with a tree. Logging is dangerous! And these days, so is setting fire to one's dwelling. (haven't managed that one YET but I'm sure I'll mis-place something at some point). This one also looks really cool and I love the Greek history/mythology aspects. Oh - and the first time I said the word "brazier" aloud, meaning fire-pot, I did indeed say "ladies' undergarment" and caused a fit of giggles.
Not sure I'm very interested in this game, but if you're enjoying it, I'll probably watch it. As long as you keep the edits interesting, I'll be ok watching. Not sure what other games are out there that you would enjoy.

If you want to build a door, you have to switch to the alternate doorway style. Same for wall style if you want to build windows.
