The ultimate efficient way is to use 5 spear, 1 shovel(sneak attack), 1 glock-17 or a crowbar (for dissesed wolf), 20 carrot and 5 bandage.

Hey, did you have an upgrade on armor or something? For some reason, when I get hit by the savage giant, my life will just have about 15 left.

Hey, no upgrades, just armor set. Farm savage giants have 50 base damage

Yes, and it is maybe even easier on touch screen.
The trick is to get a right tempo, feel etc. Use visual plus sound as input
