  • Still working on the pro master camper van!
And this video shows that welding like a lot of other trades is 90%prep and 10% actual welding!

Be cool to add your/a steel water jet cut logo somewhere on the job to add your mark. Or maybe use a custom steel logo stamp.

That's the difference between a fabricator and a welder.

Real world welding jobs, you have to do it all yourself.

You really need one of these type countersinks....if you have never used this type, you are in for a real treat.....and you can sharpen by taking a Dremel tool or similar with a small grinding stone put in the hole, not the outside where you can ruin the contour of bit....real simple, the bits for sharpening chainsaws work great....by the way, I like this video because it is music, visual action, and no talking.....just the facts mam, as Sgt. Friday would say.....cheers....Paul....check out the bits...buy a good one....one I have has done over 8,000 chamfers in stainless 304 and has never been sharpened....I got it from here....APT brand, and always run counter sinks slower to prevent chatter...hope this helps, a old geezer down in Florida.......Paul...www.mcmaster.com/countersinks/high-speed-steel-vibration-resistant-through-hole-countersinks-for-screws-9/

Hey Paul Ive never seen one of those counter sinks !order one already, thanks for the great tip!
Those other type seem to chatter and leave uneven countersunk holes sometimes,
Thanks for the feedback also ! its hard to figure what works and what dosent,I love mcmastercarr they have so much great stuff!
      Cheers my freind!
