- Ever wondered what it would be like to observe 8 sims with conflicting traits interact with each other? Well that’s exactly what were doing today!
I made my own version of the Big Brother house in The Sims 4 by sending 8 sims with completely different traits, relationships and likes and dislikes into my house and locking them inside!

sims cant fix or upgrade things autonomously, but there's a setting on MCCC that makes it possible. also i think putting down a few emotional lamps in different rooms might help bring up some more drama :)

The messing with their emotions thing is a great idea, you should put some flirty decor in the love room.
I love autonomous gameplay! The one thing I learned to do is use MC Tuner. While pranking toilets making sims always being uncomfortable or embarrassed is funny at first, it gets old and really derails experiments. So I turn off toilet prank and enable autonomous repairing. At the very least autonomous repairing is a must. They can all do it, but EA prevents them from doing it. Also no strings woohoo is pretty fun :)

How do you find the settings to make them not prank toilets and repair autonomously tysm
@@RayBMore. MCCC mod needed. you click your sim and get the MC menu up, then select MC Tuner, then enable autonomy scan. Close the menu. In this case, click on the toilet and enable autonomy scan again. Every available autonomous action for that object will be listed. Inside brackets is enabled, no brackets is disabled. Anything you change will be for all objects, across all present and future saves, for all sims. Repair will be for everything, not just the toilet. When you're done, you can disable the scan from your sim menu and you're all done.
If you start doing a lot more, be careful with it. I thought disabling order drink at the bar would be a good idea. It wasn't. ( bartenders bugged out because NPC sims weren't ordering either). Same with enabling autonomous gardening. Random sims would come to my lot just to steal all my crops. It's a great tool, but use with caution :)

I dont normally comment much on channels, but I just wanted you to know, youre actually my favorite simmer. Im 52 years old, I raised all my girls playing the sims since it first came out 20 years ago. I really love your cheeky humor and the way you just jump in. I would love anything you do, but it could be fun to throw in a bit of non deadly violence mod if you do the series..lol Keep it up angel, there is a silent mass here that love you! I will try to comment more often.
My mum introduced me to the sims when I was old enough to hold a mouse, shes barely younger than you, she loves to create houses and 1 female sim households, I couldnt imagine her suggesting something like the violence mod haha, I guess across all generations there's endless types of simmers to be found :)

This is so sweet to read, thank you for sharing :) I have been playing for over 20 years now too, but I was just a kid when they first came out :D I share the hobby with my big sister though, who is about your age.
I'd totally watch this as a series. Ideas to spice things up... One day add a couple of bee boxes in the house, a cow plant, put out the satellite dish that controls people from the scientist career, turn on the flirty aura with the reward lamp.

Maybe instead of one opportunity to introduce a "bombshell", how about up to 3 per day? Be it a social interaction, spawning a cow-plant, making the lot haunted, etc.?

I’d watch a series with these Sims. Add some chaotic element in each ep (pick a mood potion and have them all drink - maybe they have the same, or maybe they all have a different one).

Love this!!! You can put them all into a club and manage their emotions with the perks. That way, you don't have to interfere. Works like a charm for me. I like putting it on romance and then just wait for the drama and relationships to unfold 😁

What's the point of making "big brother" scenario when u choose the "atmosphere" for these sims?

if you have eco-lifestyle and do end up making this a series, you can put the free love neighborhood action plan on! i think sims will autonomously do romance interations

In case people were wondering, it's not Johnny's aspiration that makes him prank toilets it's his Goofball trait. If you don't have or can't use the MCCC mod the best way to prevent Sims from pranking toilets is to just not give them that trait.
I love playing big brother with my sims! I just finished my second season. The final HOH winner is actually the person with the most skills learned I'm the house. It's a fun twist that makes the entire season important to the finale
For those wondering. I have my Sims insult other Sims when "nominations" take place in the game. That way it's a bit more like the game in real life. It's been so fun watching my Sims fighting or making alliances. It's always fun

The issue with sims in ts4 it's like full autonomy is only "sorta autonomy" instead.
I play with it off so I don't see it as often 😭
Yeah.. I find that my sims almost never do anything useful in the background even with full autonomy. No skills, no repairing, only sometimes cleaning, making food when there's leftovers in the fridge. Just socializing and filling basic needs. It gets a little overwhelming with 8 sims.
I wish there was a way to have a "hierarchy" for what a sim will do - for example, have a "chef" of the household where they're the only one that cooks, no more level 1 cook sims making food when there's excellent-quality leftovers in the fridge! Or make a sim autonomously paint (maybe using the cheapest canvas) whenever given a chance. Sims will autonomously read skill books *at their level* instead of picking up a 3rd-edition book and being tense from it (seriously??)
Pleaseeeee make this a series. I wanna see how they continue to behave. Also on a side note I'm surprised they didn't start more shit. Recently one of my Sims baby mama came and kissed him in front of his girlfriend at a house party. THE DRAMA that caused. 😭
Yes please continue with this. Make sure they can repair or create stalls with half walls instead of a couple single toilets.
Things like the incense from spa day, or the “romantic aura” trait for the lot would help spice things up between the sims without you having to interfere
Some follow up episodes would kind of be nice, maybe with emotional aura items placed around the lot, angry, flirty, etc.
With a little prompting I think a Big Brother series would be very fun on this channel. You have the sense of humor to pull off great commentary :)

Loved the previous version of this, and really love this Big Brother concept. Would have been nice for Monica to have an ally going in. I get Jennifer not having any friends given she wants to be Public Enemy, but poor Monica seems to be the only other Sim without some positive connection to anyone else going in.
Yes, a big brother series with all of them would be cool.
Something you could do if you continue this series would be to add some lot traits or some of the NAPs onto the lot with cheats. Free Love would definitely encourage lots of relationships to form and Romantic Aura would help with that as well.

god, watching this just really put into perspective how annoying it is that you can have sims who are enemies who just chat like normal. or like when you're trying to put together a coherent fight between two sims and in between clicking on mean interactions they just chat about the weather.
You could do this again but use cheats to set each of the sims "Lifestyle" trait and some Like/Dislikes, and their Public Image.
Also Character Values (those annoying things that kids and teens can work on), so one sim could have good manners and another has bad manners; one has emotional control, another uncontrolled emotions; one argumentative, another mediator; one compassionate, another insensitive; one responsible, another irresponsible.
It might cause more controversy between the sims

Generally I hate watching reality TV shows but I absolutely love to watch sims versions! They're so hilarious! FakeGamerGirl's danger island series is my all time fav! I'd love to watch a sims big brother! And I am 100% on board with you being a meddling producer and creating some drama 😁😈
If you have Mccc, turn on extreme woohoo, and no strings woohoo if you want, but that one's not needed. Extreme woohoo is the better option.
You could also create "clubs", one could be romantic interactions, another mean interactions and another can have Cleaning, Repairing, etc and switch the club gathering each day

Mean traits and high maintenance are the best for drama. High maintenance just rages all the time and mean causes fights cos they cant stop saying horrible things. Jealous is also drama. Hot headed is not a trait that does much. Ps add a flity bucket and/ or painting if you want to help on the autonomous flirting/ woohoo. Plus they need to be made to first kiss for the rest to be autonomous. If its a series cheatvin some sentiments, they really cause soms to react to each other differently, esp. The negative ones.
Definitely do a part two, I love the idea of bringing in a bartender you should bring in a dj as well and have a party with all the flirty drinks and see what happens.

You can also just add a decor item that give an emotion for an episode. Like the wine bucket that make people in the room flirty or the clown painting that makes them sad, etc

Series! Series! Series! Put in a bar maybe in backyard near grill? That way we could see if someone is an angry drunk or something and also higher success rate than keg stand (but still keep keg stand). Also moving Tragic Clown painting from behind stereo so they could view it, and maybe deleting stereo or making that one of the things you do temporarily to make everyone miserable because dancing seems to be the only thing keeping them happy. I like the ideas others have had of adding romantic decor to love room, turning on autonomous repairs, and your idea to introduce challenges!

Making this a series would be awesome. Maybe put in the sex room an object that gives off a flirty vibe. That way anyone in there gets flirty but only while in the room 🤷♀️
