Batair Masala Recipe | Masala Batair Recipe | Batair Recipe | Batair Karahi Recipe | Quail recipe
Makes 12 Quail/Batair.
In a pan/pot/karhai
add
oil half cup
1½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
saute until you smell great aroma.
Add 2 large onions thinly sliced, saute for 2 minutes.
now, add batair, quality 12. you can break them into two.
Flame: High
Add:
Tumeric powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon Sticks 2
Cardamom 2
half cup yogurt
4 tomatoes blended
Toss and cover for 10-15 minutes till the quail/batair gets tender. and oil separates
Add Spices:
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Roasted Crushed Cumin & Coriander half tsp
Black pepper powder half tsp
Garam Masala powder half tsp
Toss, taste and adjust.
Garnish:
Green Chillies, Freshly chopped coriander and ginger sliced.
