Hi there! Thanks for your comment. Yes, everyone lost weight. The only ones who didn't, are the ones who went out for street food all the time. (The food at the YTT was very healthy and vegan-friendly, and there were only sweets once in a while.)

Hi Supriya! There's no guarantee that after a YTT you'll get a job. You have to work hard to build experience however you can, and meet people at studios! Re: the month-long training, it seems to me that most month-long trainings in Rishikesh start at the beginning of the month. I hope that helps! (Definitely do some research though, there must be trainings that start mid-month somewhere!) All the best to you. ❤
