Great speaker. as somebody who has had multiple spine procedures for scoliosis & kyphosis, I can't emphasise enough how important cardiovascular health is if you're having those type of procedures.

I think my mother will require spinal surgery to fix her herniated disc in the near future. So, I'll send this to her. A point, though, it is very hard to exercise and keep fit with severe pain. She us currently stuck in a bad loop: overweight because she can't exercise due to pain, but until it is fixed, her pain continues to be debilitating. Any advice for her? I very much want her to get better, any help is appreciated.
