I'm 61 years old, I remember seeing and hearing Ravi Shankar on the TV back in the 6os or 70s and liking it and now we have you too tell how many there are in your family and how many of them are so musically motivated I am fascinated.
That first bent note at 5:38 gets me every single time!
What a transcendent performance! In a world of chaos, strife and hate, music...and moments like this heal and if only briefly, give one hope. Thank you Anoushka!

I’ve loved Indian classical music since I heard Ravi Shankar at Monterey Pop in, what, ‘67 or ‘68? I particularly love Anoushka’s playing. She is so talented and so subtle. Thanks for posting this excellent concert.
