The amount of mistakes I made making my AT-AT was unimaginable. I would only realise that I made the mistake about 10 pages later.

The only mistake I made was with the frame on the main body
Yes and then you have to take it apart to fix it
Me buildong the unsc pelican dropship: I had to tear apart a entire section jist to correct a mistake that wouldn't let me continue
The 1st time I built mine I was 1 book from being done then I went to change the back legs then the front legs went then it fell it looked cool when it did but I was dead inside but I built it back then dismantled it like 2 weeks later and its now been 1 month since I've started building it back I only have 1 book left I don't want it to finish so I'm gonna try and stretch that for at least 2 weeks or more

I watched this before I bought the AT AT and didn’t know what was happening. Then I get done with bag 1 and see the same pin sticking out, thankfully I realized before I got further into the build. Thank you! 😂

@@Corrupted_foxy3048 I realized before I locked the top portion of the main body to the legs, I was able to reverse my steps and replace the pin. If you locked the main body to the legs you might just have to disassemble completely. I’m sorry man :(
It's common, even with the star destroyer, collectors edition.
The manual gets a little weird, to where a part is in the wrong place and doesn't fit, but the manual shows it fits magically.
Had to take a couple deconstruction, and reconstruction on it.

As someone who built this set I had to go back like 3 times for stuff like this it’s just doing the same thing 4 times with the legs literally makes your brain melt

I built my AT-AT when I bought it and surprisingly was lucky that this didn’t happen to me🙏🏾
Yeah I did the same set but I didn’t make that mistake. But I did mess up the head by putting the window upside down.( Don’t feel too bad, it’s a big set.)
I’ve had really bad luck with Lego sets in recent years.
Whenever I get a new set no matter how many times I check which piece goes where and count them. I’m always left with a few parts missing and it’s really annoying sometimes because, it’s a crucial piece I need to complete the build. Nonetheless I still love Lego as it’s Awesome 😎. Xx

What?! that is devastating I’ve built one myself and didn’t thankfully make the mistake I can see how it’s easily done as the under carriage has so much technic, it’s an easily done but major mistake as you are not getting that armour panel on without taking apart most of the model into chunks, due to the weight that’s easily said then done!

There's a blue technic piece that has a Lego top on the end instead of the usual other end. It's a common mistake
I noticed some issues like this with the Titanic set where it randomly gets confusing or they flat out forget to add a part to the instructions but it appears on the next page without telling you
