You can go into settings and make it a touch screen always. And you don’t need to plug your phone in for anything. A massive improvement over the previous.
@@Neutralreviews play around with it. I sat in the garage and played around with it for a couple of hours and I m not tech savvy, I usually get my daughter to do stuff for me. But I worked this one out for myself. Try it. Repost it. 😂👍🏻
@@Neutralreviews here’s a question for ya though. I turn (off) on the phone wifi and blue tooth then go to the car turn it on and the apple CarPlay still works and operates. Tell me how. Nobody can. 😂
I have a 2024 mx5 with 8.8 screen but I can’t use touch on it and I don’t have the option to enable it , why? The car region is Asian-Middle eastern .. I don’t know if the region have anything to do with it because we all have the same screen
I thought it was pretty good, but I'm more about listening to the engine or just enjoying having the roof down lol. It was clear, but it wasn't very boomy. I was impressed with how it sounded through the seat speakers when the roof was down!
To be honest, I did try it but only on the highway in 6th gear. I was actually using it lol and didn't think to test it. Would be interesting to see what happens when you slow down enough to need to be in a lower gear. I imagine it would just warn you and then shut off... Good question/sorry I don't have a better answer.
@@Neutralreviews yeah please try in highway, follow a car and turn on the adaptive cruise control. I just want to know whether it follow front car speed or not( for example : from 65 drop to 55) I always use adaptive cruise control on my current car, i just curious whether Mx5 can do something similar or not.
i dont expect from 65 to 20, but i would happy to cruise 80 and follow the front car. As long as can automatic change reasonable speed in 6th gear, its fine for me.
@@CreativeComparisons I unfortunately only borrow it for a week from the manufacturer but it did work normal if I remember correctly. I was at highway speed and it followed the car in front (again I never had to really slow down so I don't know how it works if you have to lower gears due to the car in front. Aside from not also having lane centering, I don't remember anything weird.

Do you really have Adaptive Cruise control on Manuel? Did you try it? is it work?

In the US the Miata RF Manual transmission 2024 does not have adaptive cruise control, only the automatic does
