All you need to know with this job: LOOSEN THE BRAKE SHOES BEFORE YOU REMOVE DISC. Make sure the "view hole" is at lowermost 6 o'clock position, sight the little toothed cog, and then rotate it wth a flat screwdriver untill completely loose. THEN remove the disc, with 8mm bolts in the threaded holes (if needed) Not ONE of the youtube tutorials cover that. They all just force the disc off and fuck the retainer springs like i did but edit it out. Thank me later.
I'm sorry but you are explaining things on the level of assuming someone who never even seen brakes before. If someone is that "new" that you have to explain the most basic things... Just sounds like you're saying things for the sake of saying things. More info less talking. ...Shit I was waiting for you to start talking about the weather, man.

thanks for the heads up, but I'm not sure what you mean by "disc"? is that another term for the rotor?

What size bolt did you use to remove the rotor???

you ever plan on combing these powerstop brakes / rotors with after market calipers? if so do you got any recommendations?
At some point I’ll look to upgrade to possibly one of the Lexus F sport calipers. 🤔
Soo no one know the bolt size used to remove the rotoe
What If the rotor not came out that easy?
Have you tried the tip I showed at 5:30?

Guess this channel’s not for you. 🤷♂️

I’m sorry, I don’t recall. Not that it helps, but it was a common size that I had laying around, and as such didn’t have to go buy one.
