Can we negotiate with the bank to adjust the full amount 1 million USD incurred in the past to adjust as stakeholders Equity contributions? 2: In Past costs or past expenses can we also present all Capex and All OPEX costs as past costs when submitting to the Bank or do we just submit the Capex costs only, considering the fact general understanding is that Banks wouldn't consider general OPEX costs as past costs to be adjusted.
