The strip mall on the same property (Preakness Shopping Center) is almost all vacant. Near the part he shows, was a IHOP restaurant that was vacated in the early 1990's. The former Macy's was originally a Sterns. The section he shows at one time had a Radio Shack store, the large store was originally a 'Centennial' design A&P that was vacated in the early 1980's. It was later a CVS, a liquor store. This part was added in the mid-1960's. The rest was originally built in the mid 1950's and expanded to where the Stop & Shop is in the 1960's with a home improvement store Rickel's.
