Another really great one is flaredown. It has a space for rating how each of your chronic illnesses have effected you each day, individual symptoms, the treatments you've used that day (including nonmedication so seeing your therapist or doctor etc), and also journal about your day. You can set it to remind you to "check in". ALSO, it will show you charts so you can see where you've had symptom flares etc. And, there is a chat function so you can write a post and interact with others on the app. :)

You can choose to write a note, but it isn’t necessary. (Rated 4.8 stars) What's Up? is very hard to explain because it has a lot of aspects. You can connect with people, find information, get quotes, do relieving exercises, follow your negative and positive habits, and write little diaries. Cognitive Behavioral Modification (not Therapy) also known as Attention Bias Modification is very good at controlling anxiety without much effort as required by mindfulness or similar methods. It's a smartphone based therapy without the need to visit psychologists. A good example is Happy Faces App for Android

The apps I've used are 7cups, Pacifica, TalkLife, Happier and Calm, but it seems impossible to keep up with any community cause I feel like it's pointless, my life won't change and I always feel stuck, the only one I keep using is Pacifica just because I can record my mood and feelings, like a diary and check my entries later.
I use mood path (I done a review if you would like to check it out) to track my emotions... it could be something you could look at too... I think I’ll have a look at this, I’m really bad at keeping things up tbh but hopefully I can keep myself going and keep sharing my story...
You should check out the website 'the comfort spot' it is a really nice website where people can give each other advice and support and everyone on this site is always kind and sweet and I love the community. I think you would really like it. :)

It's been 1 year and it is still not on Android. Apparently only Apple users can use this app. That's not ok.
