How to be sure that we've removed all pulpal remnants? Sometimes, despite proper BMP, in the next appointment we find that some pulpal tissue is still remaining and need to give LA again for some more BMP..
To make sure, all pulpal tissue is removed, we have to follow all mechanical and chemical aspects of prep. motion of filing, along the sidewalls, irrigation with a side vented needle with low pressure, adequette filing upto optimum number
i performed RCT in a tooth with no pain but very deep caries --i prescribed drugs (Zerodol SP + Oflox 200 + Metronidazole 400) for 7 days but now it is paining very much ..what to do now ? is the pain will subside its own or not ?
