I think this is a beautiful way to incorporate a mermaid into a party. The backdrop fabric you chose was spot on, perfect for this design. The iridescent colors changed as it moved and matched all the balloons perfectly. Thanks for sharing your ideas.

If this is installed inside, it looks best for 2-3 days, but will still look good a week or so later.

How did you attach the neon sign?

I used wire to attach it to the circle frame, then put a bit of tape over the wire so it wouldn't slide.
