Just noticed too, but Jin's new b+3 into zen+1,2 recovers a lot more resulting in practically impossible to wall combo after it. Which is why I think the real staple after electrics here would be (electric launch)->(electric/WHF)-> b+3(f)~(delayed)1 -> 1-jab -> (microdash) b+3,2. I'll probably only ever use the new zen+1,2 string in times where I just can't get the wall. The above combo is fairly strict though, it's not exactly $100 combo difficult, but it's getting there. For people who don't wanna microdash, but just want a wall combo, you can prolly get the wall if you just use (electric launch) -> (electric/WHF) -> b+3(f)~1 -> b,f+2,3(f)~u+1, but like, the best you get is savage sword, you gotta do savage sword immediately else it drops on the wall. I get that people are really putting Jin on an OP pedestal atm, saying he's got no flaws and is ez, but so far in the Demo and even back in CBT, I've had very big trouble getting the wall combo after a launch. I feel like he's got a weakness on actually splatting people on the wall unless you've got the execution to back it up. Hence why I always end every combo I have with b+3,2, b+2,1 or b+1,2
Yes even in beta testing i got wall combo 1 out of 4 rounds with jin after full combo ... And only ever savage sword if i was lucky and didn't need to dash

You will technically be minus if it actually did. His old wall combo from Tekken 7 (b,f+2,1,d/f+2) is still a good wall combo in T8, and probably has a bit more damage. T8 Savage sword is buffed af compared to his T7 savage sword since it results in a roll animation, you're fairly plus after a savage sword his on the wall as compared to T7 where you're minus
@@mk9999ful I only ever landed combos with zen+1,2 during the CNT. They shadownerfed that string going into CBT, and I noticed it off the bat since I couldn't get a single wall combo off of it. I didn't know about the 1-jab into b+3,2 back then so I was doing the ye'old 2-jab into b+2,1 if I wanted wall combos. TBF it's a reasonable nerf. It landed too much damage, offered enormous wall carry, and was extremely easy to use. Now Jin mains have to have either good execution to get the best of both worlds, or sacrifice wall combo damage, wall carry, or total combo damage to get similar results. Basically, learn to deep microdash, or you get notjing from Jin, kek. Reminds me of S1 Jin in T7
Now I'm excited to find out how Devilster will play against Orochi (the potential antagonist of Arcade Quest), it may be a CPU battle but it would be a very interesting experience.

I commented before but I also just player against Female characters in the demo, and found out 1-jab whiffs on smaller characters after b+3,f zen+1. I would go for 2 into b+2,1 instead but like, it's max is probably around distance of half-screen from a 24-distance stage. Longer stages, it will definitely not get the wall. Are there ways for me to end with b+3,2 on smaller female charas?
I've done my fastest EWHF>EWGF>EWGF>EWHF based on the first combo in this vid and somehow the 2nd EWHF is still tech-able to with certain quick recoveries?
I've been trying to link pwgf x 2 and then b3 but I cannot land the b3 no matter what I try. Tried regular godifsts tried one perfect one reg. Tried wavedashing twice between gf but it feels like my b3 is always late or something, please help lol, I can use his other zen linking (b23) but not land this to save my life

Update: I have kinda figured it out and I hate it.
For anyone else having the issue of b2,1's seeming like they should land, delay it for a frame or two. This works for other strings as well.
