I've this foundation in shade 030 neutral ivory and I love it so much
I've used this foundation, concealer and blusher and they are amazing. The foundation is now replacing my lamcome 1 because I think it's a lot better and a fraction of the price x
I bought this foundation in October by mistake. There was a 1+ 1 offer at Rossmann here in Czechia and I was as needing one more product to get that discount. I think it was the best mistake I ever done 🤣🤣. I love it is my GO to one and fav of 2020. Good review 👍

Great Video Vasilikis!!!!! Essence came out with a new loose powder. I notice you used Laura Mercier. Can you give it a wear test on the Essence one if you can get it? It's called my SKIN PERFECTOR LOOSE FIXING POWDER..... Blessings
This foundation looks so pretty on you! 💖 My only concern personally is the aloe in it, as many people (especially those with latex allergy) can end up with irritant dermatitis since aloe gel contains the same chemical properties as latex. I know companies are pushing botanicals & all-natural, but many ingredients in that category can cause skin reactions (even more than synthetic ingredients since those have a longer history of use/research). That's probably the only thing that would personally make me hesitant to want to try things from this natural line, particularly as someone who is trying to get rosacea breakouts under control. 🙁

As many brushes and sponges I have I always like the way foundation looks when blended with the fingers. It also uses less product. Then I use brushes for all the powders.

Hi girl! I was actually hoping for you to check this foundation because I bought it but it doesn't work very well for me. I have dry skin, so I thought that this hydrating foundation would be perfect for me. I applied it with a wet sponge and it was very patchy and also difficult to remove. It's a little bit better when I use my fingers, but again, not so good. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks a lot, as always, love your videos!❤️
Hi beautiful!! Have you tried it with a brush? Also, try to use it with a different primer. If you have dry skin, make sure to apply your moisturizer first and then primer and foundation! Let me know if that helps! ❤️❤️

i love this foundation cause call me crazy but i like using fingers for make up...so this foundation u can apply with fingers without thinking .... only thing if u got dry patch areas use some nice hydrating cream there

@Barbara Melone, I happened to notice your comment, & even though I don't personally have reaction to aloe , I have heard from several dermatologists that irritant dermatitis is actually very common in people using aloe. That's because there is a chemical in aloe that is considered an irritant (it has the same chemical properties as latex, so probably anyone with latex allergy needs to steer clear). So many makeup companies are on the botanical & all-natural train, but that doesn't necessarily mean "better" for the skin. Other irritants that can cause dermatitis through repeated exposure that keep making their way into skincare are lavender oil, eucalyptus, tea tree, & menthol. They do everything from smelling great to giving a nice tingle to one's face wash, but they are a disaster waiting to happen (especially for anyone with sensitive skin, eczema, or rosacea). Research has shown that many of the feared "synthetic ingredients" (including parabens & silicones) used in skincare products for decades are actually safer from causing reactions because they have stood the test of time & have the most research behind them. Go figure! 🤔 Just wanted to encourage you not to feel so sad about having to give this one a pass. P. S. I used to have a shave gel with a nice cooling effect that was marketed for "sensitive skin" . I used it for years, but one day a few months ago, I noticed it started burning more than cooling. Guess what was in the ingredients list? MENTHOL. Repeated exposure eventually caused sensitivity & now it burns like fire. I wish these companies would stop with this stuff! 😱🔥
@@scotzmnswife Interesting stuff! I think the time I had the bad reaction to aloe was the first time that I ever used it, but I do have issues with latex. I hear you that all-natural doesn't necessarily mean better. I am on the hunt for lightweight cruelty-free foundations, which is why I'm disappointed that I'll have to give this one a pass. Barbara - Have you tried using mineral makeup? I've been using mineral makeup for years now since my skin is so sensitive. I prefer using skin care & makeup that doesn't have any fragrance in it. I buy my mineral foundation from Everyday Minerals & Honeybee Gardens both of these companies have samples very affordable too. Hope this helps :)
@@champagenroses Oh, I might try that, although it's not normally my sensitive skin that gives me a problem with foundation. A lot of foundations I've tried are cakey on me. But aloe is a no go for me. Thanks for the info.
