Alright y'all DIABETES. In a very simple explanation, Type 1 you're typically born with, your pancreas doesn't produce insulin, so you wear an insulin pump. Type 2 is typically caused by environmental and genetic/lifestyle, and your pancreas still makes insulin but either not enough or your body doesnt use it properly. And no Cody, you cant get one type from another type :D Prediabetes just means your blood sugar levels are elevated and it can develop into Type 2. So anywhoooo love yas!

But I think T1 and T2 should have COMPLETELY different names. The results are the same, but the reasons are very different. I've wanted T1 called something else for a while now. It IS so confusing.
