I love Haakaa! I prefer it over pumping. It doesn't feel as forced and just drips into it and I can get about 2-3 ounces with the Haakaa! So glad my friend bought me one for my baby shower 💕

I’ve always had to pump because breast feeding never worked well. I despise pumping all the time but still do it for baby. I’m hoping by using this I will not have to use my electric pump much with my baby this summer.

Do you think this will mess with my supply? I'd like to have some stored milk but don't want to mess with anything (baby is 5mo old)
A C I haven’t used this yet but will be this summer. Since it’s just a suction and not an electric pump I’ve read/researched that it’s not supposed to increase your supply dramatically. I’ve always had oversupply in the beginning because I always had to exclusively pump so I’m hoping by using this product I can avoid that and constantly pumping. I didn’t know of this until a month ago. Wish I had it to try sooner with my other children.
I don’t think it will mess with your supply because it’s not collecting a ton like an electric pump. I personally use it about half the time I feed my baby. I use it on the side he isn’t eating on and get 1-2 oz each time. It ends up being about 5-6 oz per day I’m putting into the freezer. I specifically use it in the first few feedings of the day because that’s when my boobs are leaking the most! I’d rather catch it in the haaka than soak up a burp cloth. I don’t find it’s made my breasts overfill on the times I don’t use it.
It kills to take it off, it’s like ripping off a bandaid so I have to do it extremely slowly. Does anyone else have this issue?
Shiharaariel Flip the flange back down before you take it off. That suction would hurt if you don’t release the air!
Shiharaariel I just gently break the seal with one finger and then flip the flange off. Painless! ☺️
