In most cases the antivirus would already reolve the issue. However if it doesn't , the antivirus would quarantine the infected file until the scan is complete.
I have bsod on a pretty new computer with hardly anything on it. I had two antivirus running at the same time before the bsod happened. The antivirus caught some malware that they quarantined, and I deleted one of them. However my computer was still running really slow, and was hard to get to start with in the last two days. So last night I decided to system restore it to an earlier time. It was fine right after that. Today though, it decided it didn't want to start at all, and the bsod appeared. I don't know if it was because of the two antivirus I was running at that same time, or if it was due to the malware that probably got released from quarantine after I did system restore. Can someone help me? I tried to do another system restore from advanced options, but it wouldn't let the computer restore at all. Then I tried to do a full reset where nothing would be saved, and it wouldn't let my computer do that either. It's like I can't control my computer to do anything. Help!😣

Sounds like a "browser hijacker". My gf had it on her Mac as well a couple of days ago. Look for extensions you have installed, delete the ones you find suspicious. Get an antivirus software. However, you'll have to pay for it most likely. I will also reinstall the OS for her just to be sure, as it's an old Macbook. My pc was hacked 2 months ago. I had malware and first I was being spammed with errors, then it was the blue screen of death that was impossible to get rid of, so I went out with my family only to get purchase receipts of discord nitro despite me not gifting nitro. Came back home, fixed my computer form the blue screen error, went onto my accounts and 2/3 of the accounts were messed up. My main admin account had the password change, main windows account was basically done for (everything was corrupted and it disabled windows security), then I couldn’t do much about it. Half a week later, I was going to hard reset before my dad said I can still use my alt admin account. Was able to recover my main admin account but there was nothing I can do about the main windows account. Ended up doing a deep virus clean. It been over a month since it happened and the only bad thing that happened is that I got one of those fake robot automatic voices saying your computer was hacked. Did research about it and it was just a scam. My tech friend said it’s adware but idk. Other than that, runtime broker had been using some of my ram and svchost having 200 million different opens in task manager. I now have a paid anti virus that I never turn off. Still deciding if I should hard reset my computer or not just to be sure.

I full scanned with avast free and windows defender and it all says I'm clear. Don't trust APK in general. They can easily sneak in malicious files. If really have to then download it on a old device with nothing on it and see it's behaviour or use a VM.

It might be a hardware problem or you have a virus. Put your PC on safe mode and check for suspicious activities.
@@youtubeaccount4503 I'm confused. this computer is like 2 years old, and it's not a gaming fancy pc, but it is suitable. I full scanned with avast free and windows defender and it all says I'm clear. But before it said there was a trojan gen something something which infected my windows64 file, (whatever that is) but now it doesn't show anymore, and there was no symptoms. And now I don't have the frozen mouse or the blue screen of death, but I'm still experiencing a laggy computer, its maybe because of playing a game but who knows
also, i am always paranoid about getting hacked, so I'm always on safe mode, clearing my cookies every there and then , scanning everyday, being cautious of malicious websites and gmails and links, but the thing that made me scared was that it said my file "windows64" was infected by a trojan gen
and the virus is called Win32:Trojan-gen Virus, but it doesn't say I have it? so it means I'm clear good? or bad?

Don't trust APK in general. They can easily sneak in malicious files. If really have to then download it on a old device with nothing on it and see it's behaviour or use a VM.
