Why don't I recommend this suite?
Whilst first impressions are that it's cool, here were the issues I had (asides that terrible view!):
    • The floor had several deep scratches that weren't taken care of
    • A lot of the furniture was similarly worn particularly on the wooden parts
    • The only pool cue that could unscrew in the middle (for shots to be taken where the fridge is placed) had the tip missing
    • The lock pin was missing from the master toilet door so couldn't be locked
    • Only one robe and set of slippers were provided
    • We tried to connect via Bluetooth to the sounder by the pool table, but the subwoofer was not working so had to use the one across the room
None of these is particularly terrible, but collectively give an impression of the room that isn't one of luxury.
We then decided to watch a movie from my iPad, however there was no way to plug an HDMI cable into any of the three TVs. I haven't been in a room in Vegas before where that wasn't possible, let alone a top suite. So, we decided to watch TV. Unfortunately, all the overhead lights kept flickering. Sat in this disappointing, tatty room with faulty lights and unable to watch the movie we had planned, I went to the front desk to see what could be done to make it right. I was told a manager would be in touch as soon as he was out of a meeting. We waited an hour and heard nothing. At around 9pm I gave up, we packed our things, I left our keys at the front desk and headed to Bellagio where I managed to arrange a stunning lake view suite that couldn't have been more different to the Cromwell experience, and for a slightly lower price as well. We felt like VIPs and we were even sent champagne and strawberries complimentary.
Given the rack rate for this room, there are better, more luxurious options in Vegas, in properties with more going on.

Valuable comments you've made in the video description for anyone who may have contemplated staying here - I'm guessing you've learnt now to add that into the actual vid, so people don't miss them? Also, maybe give us the price you paid for the room in future vids? Always a big help when people are trying to decide where to stay on their next trip to Vegas!
