Doctors there was scar in the healed wound of fistula after 3 year of fistula surgery, after sitz bath the scar was getting become normal from hard , can I know what is happening ?
A clinical examination is needed to asses the condition. MRI can rule out the recurrence.
@@dranshumankaushal scar heals within 3 days after sitz bath , have done the clinical examination practoscopy and all .If it is reoccurring then it should not subside after 3 days right and there is no abscess formation occurred.When I visited my surgeon he examined all those thing doctor.He said if it subside then no need for MRI

I have MRI report dt. 20 Aug 20.
An elongated fistulous tract in the perineal subcutaneous tissue along with left paramedian aspect with external opening at the skin along the natal cleft. It shows trans-sphincteric extension at 2 o'clock position with intersphincteric course from 10 o'clock to 2 o'clock position. Internal opening is noted 12 o'clock position approx. 1.7 cm from the anal verge. There is no superavator extradition.
In the subcutaneous tissue, anterior branching is noted extending up to the skin at the site of the marker. Another blinding ending react is noted extending laterally. There is diffuse surrounding inflammatory changes are noted.
Finding are suggestive of grade III parianal fistula.
I would like to know treatment and total cost and duration.
Please help me I am in big problem.
