I ranked the most popular triceps exercises from best to worst to make sure you know exactly which ones to include in your routine and which ones are just a waste of time or even harmful! - ua-cam.com/video/ZrAiIvpZvhM/v-deo.html
Thanks so much for the dumbbell jam press. Been working out at home for 4 months and triceps has been one one the hardest muscle to get the burn in. Second hardest are back shoulders, since i don't have cables. Seen a lot of the video's the last year, keep 'em coming!

Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.
Normal people in the middle of the night sometimes: Damn, when I peed myself in preschool...that was so embarrassing. Jeff sometimes in the middle of the night: I can't believe my I let my shoulders take over during that last set of benchpress...I should have done a better job at keeping them back.
Jeff....you have played such a huge role in conditioning my body. You still are the best coach I have ever seen in my life. Wish I can meet you some day and thank you in person. Thanks man!
To anyone calling the giveaway a scam: it's not the first 100, but 100 RANDOMLY SELECTED THROUGHOUT THE FIRST HOUR. That means that, assuming 3000 people click on it in the first hour, you have a 3.3% chance of winning on any given new video he releases ((100/3000)*(100)=3.3), or a 96.7% chance of not winning. That also means that you shouldn't be surprised when, video after video, you never win. My best advice is to just appreciate all the valuable, free content Jeff provides and, if you do win some day, great! If you don't, you still are provided with a great educational opportunity to improve your training! Edit: the number is likely significantly higher than 3000, which means your chances are going to be significantly lower than 3.3% of winning on a given video.

I JUST STARTED WORKING OUT AND ALL I HAD WAS DUMBBELLS SO I'VE BEEN RESEARCHING EXERCISES AND I WASN'T ABLE TO FIND A LOT OF EXERCISES I WAS SATISFIED WITH, SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO REPLICATE THE STRESS IN MY MUSCLES THAT MACHINES CAN ISOLATE BUT WITH THESE VIDEOS I FEEL THE BURN!! AHAH AND I LOVE IT!!! THANK YOU FOR THIS DUMBBELL SERIES JEFF, I HOPE YOU CAN CONTINUE TO MAKE THEM FOR MOST MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS!!!

You're awesome. Jeff. When times of struggle to find equipment like heavy dumbbells and such during quarantine. You utilize the muscle with your interesting workouts with just a dumbells which all I have, so thank you for that.
MUCH, much appreciated; think your description of the corrective exercise is a help to my general conditioning I've been seeking for months, and the clear description of both technique and philosophy makes your videos the best!
Hey, I've not met a PT that thought placing your arms behind and doing a tricep press, either on the floor as in your video or a bench as I often see in the gym, that said that was a good idea. Rationale being the stress and near hyperextension of the shoulder joint. Perhaps similar to joint integrity issues doing a pull down/press up behind the neck...both are No, no movements when there are other more joint friendly was to exercise a muscle. Not being critical and I absolutely love you videos...wish I could claim them as CEC's for my ACSM & NSCA recertifications. Thanks so much! Danny Shell, M.S. Best channel on UA-cam for Fitness. Period!
Love the vids Jeff, I used alot of the exercise's in your videos to overcome my weak areas as I lost 160 lbs. It was great because it helped me build muscle while losing fat.
The tricep kickback is a very difficult move to complete. I love it. And if you lock the elbow and tighten the tricep you hit the medial too..

Jeff, please do a back dumbell workout next
I LOVE THESE DUMBBELL VIDEOS!!!
I heard triceps are the largest muscle in the arm. If you train them, would that improve on your bench, ovh and punching power?
I'm training to fist my dad so it would be much appreciated if you could answer rapidly.
It's Yo Boi Pencil Dick the bastards child What do you mean by fist? 😂
It's Yo Boi Pencil Dick the bastards child / hol up this man said he tryna fist his dad

You are just the best you are borned for great staff and you are a great trainer with zero haters you deserve a lot @athleanx
Hey Jeff, can you make a back workout using dumbbells. Thanks!
You're awesome. Jeff. When times of struggle to find equipment like heavy dumbbells and such during quarantine. You utilize the muscle with your interesting workouts with just a dumbells which all I have, so thank you for that.
I was about to do triceps tomorrow, are u stalking me Jeff?
@icon international I'll do my pull days on Monday day
David Msta funny thing I was actually doing weighted dips when he uploaded this video
MUCH, much appreciated; think your description of the corrective exercise is a help to my general conditioning I've been seeking for months, and the clear description of both technique and philosophy makes your videos the best!
Honestly, I've never seen Jeff stay in a shirt for that long.
*Illuminati confirmed.*
I will be watching this again in the morning and doing it.
Jeff! Shoes...I would like to see a video about if one type of shoe is better than the other when lifting.
Hey,
I've not met a PT that thought placing your arms behind and doing a tricep press, either on the floor as in your video or a bench as I often see in the gym, that said that was a good idea.

Possibly the best series of all time!!!! 👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿
The lying dumbbell triceps extension (5:37) was exactly what I needed! I have limited equipment, but these worked perfectly on the edge of a bed with dumbbells. Thanks!
Sees marker in Jeff's hand
oh my goodness the markers are finally back!
only uses it on the whiteboard
Don't play with my emotions JEFF
PerramCrowe
I feel you have completely copied this off of another video
Steal comment you shall not
These dumbell videos are absolute gold!!
i just realized 4 years after watching this channel that Athlean isn't a stand alone word but stands for Athlete+Lean, because Jeff focuses on making us lean, damn
JM press 3:53, lying extension 5:37, kickback 11:15
Great techniques. Thanks Jeff! 💯
Jeff not really related but I’m a jiu jitsu practitioner and I’m wondering what I can to to get the most effective squeeze (with my arms * rear naked choke/ guillotine) ? Also, a caveat to that, could you offer an arm stretching routine because when I’m constantly pulling and pushing all day my arms are sometimes really burnt afterwards. With jiu jitsu and mma really rising in popularity I think you could really help a lot of people out. Thanks for all your content, you really take the bro out of bro-science.
