He could have some badass Yakuza gimmick, where He has a stable of underlings that do his bidding and then he comes out from behind with a Kendall stick or wooden sword to beat you up or something. And also have him wear a fancy suit whenever you see him. He could cut promos in a dark room at a Boss like desk. But they don't think about things like that. They just put them out there and just hope that they're over based on what they've accomplished somewhere else which does not work. They need to higher another Jim Johnson who understands how to make a Theme fit a persona of the talent
WWE has a bunch of groups that were assembled by their race, LWO, Hurt Business, New Day, Kabuki Warriors, Jade Bianca Naomi, Bloodline seems they aren't keen on giving them individual pushes (maybe Jey Uso eventually) I'd love to see some of these superstars succeed on their own with the right push.
Jade Bianca is probably gonna lead to something. They were heavily featured in Queen of the Ring and women's tag team division is insanely shallow so they're probably just stalling until at least Summerslam.

Trick Williams has the most upside for today's wrestling because unfortunately all it takes is an entrance and a catchphrase. She has the look and she's a decent talker so they will push her. Because of this, Trick will probably go further than Carmello.
They also had rich swann but he also got caught up in a domestic abuse case and got fired. Lashley when he was young was pushed hard but he just didn’t have good mic skills. They tried to make mark Henry a big deal but he was always injured and couldn’t stay in shape. Booker t fell to triple h’s golden shovel like a bunch of other guys. Shelton Benjamin was awesome but again he was a charisma vacuum he was bland and had no character.
