Something this video doesn’t mention is that aside from the military, even if an invasion did by some slim chance, Americans for the most part know their neighborhoods and terrain and about 72 million Americans are registered gun owners with at least 1 firearm and they will certainly defend their own home and property.
This is accurate. Of all of the privately owned firearms in the world, Americans own 84% of them. I've seen some people say that "Second Amendmenters" wouldn't jump in to the fight. I suspect that is false.

As most of the world knows, Americans are well armed as private citizens, thanks to our Second Amendment rights. I think our private militia, which would very quickly form, would be able to handle any threat! Our private arsenals are vast.
This is such outdated thinking. The entire US private gun Arsenal would be useless against high flying drone attacks. And all it would take is a successful attack on one of the dozens of data infrastructure locations located in each state to melt the internal organs of the entire population of the citizens for miles and all of the guns located in it simply due to the shear amount of radio frequency radiation that facility would release. (There is a reason they are concrete lined structures in mountains or a minimum of 4 stories below ground to minimize the amount of radiation that escapes.) If there was a war “on our soil” it would not be fought with man power on the ground it would be fought from remote locations miles away using satalites and drones and the citizens would be driven below ground taking cover from the debris falling as a result of US air counter attacks. Sorry there will never be another WW2 era war fought in the US, or any country again.

The massive size and logistical nightmare of an invasion is the deterrent in itself. However when you combine the facts that the coast lines are so heavily defended. It is currently estimated that there are more privately owned firearms and ammo being held by its own citizens , any foreign invader would be shot and not even by the USA military itself.
To be fair, back then the US military was only moderate to good compared to other countries like those in Europe. It was WW1 and WW2 when we went from being good to the overwhelming superpower we are today.
The Issue I have with in honesty, other powers like France and England could not field the Numbers on our soil that we had, sure they had the navy, but they could not field the artillery or numbers of Soldiers, the Union Army of the Potomac, by 1865, could field 100,000 alone, that isn't even counting armies in the Midwest
This is an excerpt from Abraham Lincoln's "Lyceum Speech" of 1838. In this speech Lincoln stated that our failure as a nation, if it occurred would come as a result of loss of reverence for our laws, not as a result of attack from abroad. Lincoln was 28 years old and 22 years until becoming the US President when he gave this speech.
If every Texan dug through their attics and closets and could send a forgotten firearm and a box of ammo to New Zealand. In a month those wonderful people would be free
the answer is unquestionably yes as someone from one of the most rural states mississippi would be an afghanistan on steroids for any invader. i know of places near where i grew up and all around the state that would be literally impossible to find and a more than significant amount of the land here is dense forest. any invading army would first have to get through the coast which is heavily fortified by the us navy as many of the navy’s ships are built on the mississippi gulf coast, and if they can get through that then they’d have to face a heavily armed, very defensive, very rural, very patriotic, very communal, and very angry populace considering an invasion. it would be like the us wars against the seminoles. mississippians hiding deep in the woods, sniping enemies from within the woods, on ridges, and throughout towns. intense guerilla warfare over the entire area in places that aren’t even incorporated yet. the us is most likely the hardest nation on earth to invade because we’re so populous, so large, and so diverse in geography that any force invading would have to have troops that can withstand cold in new england, the upper midwest, and alaska, troops that can withstand intense heat and humidity in the south, troops that can handle brutal over 105 degree heat, lack of water and deserts in the southwest, and troops that can be rained on constantly and survive wet winters in the pacific northwest to ever conquer us
While true, it is also true that the majority of goods, besides things that are too heavy, are shipped by cargo planes, of which there is a huge fleet from a ton of companies. That doesn't even count the military cargo planes. So, the rail system is not much in demand as it used to be. as it takes too long for delivery and has too many stops. Why wait a day or two for stuff that could be there in a few hours by air?
Oh, and to put it into MORE context... Those 11 carriers they mention? They never travel alone, they move in carrier battle groups of 20-30 vessels and accompanying attack subs. And 4 of them are permanently stationed in the Pacific off our own coasts and 4 more are permanently stations in the Atlantic off our own coasts. The other 3 are always roaming around in YOUR backyard, just in case you "accidentally" float away and threaten the US or someone we choose to protect. Most navies won't take their whole kit and go attack you if they know you have an aircraft carrier battle group within a thousand miles or so of your coast. It makes this video an entertaining thought exercise, but it's never gonna happen. None of the large militaries in the world today have any real desire to invade any of the others. We all prefer economic competitions.
For yall's information. Dont forget that world leaders around the world that have thought about such an act Arent scared of our military, their scared of the people who live here. We are the only country with over 3 million armed, God fearing and patriotic civilians willing to fight. Also an invasion happened before, and y'all heard what happened with that one.🇺🇸
American here. We have contingency plans for almost every possible scenario, including if the entire world declared war on us. While nothing is set in stone, we are really REALLY good at waging war. We had the opportunity to fill the power vacuum at the end of WWII, and we took it and remained the leaders of the western bloc ever since. Hell, most of our allies depend on us to supplement their own military power projection. A big reason why Russia or China doesn't invade other countries is due to their NATO membership status, and thus knowing that if such a war was declared they'd be drawn into direct conflict with us.
Texas alone has 15 million registered hunters but they do not require veterans to have a hunting license to go hunting that's the first line of defense West Virginia Kentucky Pennsylvania that are all states with a 50% gun-owning rate at a minimum for its citizens
Even if a force was able to create and hold a beachhead, they would be in danger not only from US forces but the most heavily armed citizenry the world has ever known. Defending is always easier than attacking, and it is a lesson that the US and Russia have both learned in Afghanistan and the US in Vietnam where a bunch of guys in black pajamas fended off the worlds most powerful military. Any invading army would be spanked so badly by guerilla militia units that they would be demoralized and defeated very quickly. The thing is it would never get to that point because of modern technology. Any approaching vessels or aircraft would be lit up before they were even in visual range of the coast. The only chance they would have is to mass their forces in South America or Central America before making a push for the southern boarder, but few if any of their assets would be left to cross once they got there. Nope, the only threat to our homeland is either nuclear or biological warfare, and that wouldn't just be a threat to our existence, but humanity as a whole. The biggest threat the US is the same as what caused the collapse of Rome. Complacency, comfort, out of control spending, and division of it's people. Those are the real invaders, and they have been at the gate for a while now.
No nation in the world either independently or in combination with others would ever think of invading the United States. Other nations rely too much on the American economy to even consider that as an option. They would basically be committing suicide. As for Canada, America is your closest ally. We are more than just two countries who cooperate with each other. We are family. We are brothers. So much so that an attack on Canada would be considered an attack on the United States. Let the love flow from us Americans to our Canadian friends!
Despite our military there is one reason we will never be invaded, and a Japanese man during WW2 said it best. "There is a gun behind every blade of grass".
Literally, the only nation in the last few hundred years to consider an invasion of the United States was Nazi Germany, and those were the same tactical geniuses who tried to invade Russia in the winter. Even Japan, which is the only nation to launch a proactive attack on a US state, never intended to hold territory, merely destroy enough of the Pacific fleet to cripple operations for several years, giving Japan time to consolidate power in the region. Large nations, like the US, Russia, and China, are unbelievably hard to invade, with the US being the hardest, simply due to the massive water barrier (never mind several hundred million guns).
Germany actually invaded The Soviet Union during the summer. The problem was, the Soviet resistance ended up being far greater than Germany anticipated, which meant that their invasion extended into the winter months.
Japan also didnt bother hunting down the rest of the USN, they just attacked what was in Pearl Harbor. Even then, it only took us like, 6 or 7 months to totally rebuild the Navy, and then we were very angry that the Japanese did that without a declaration of war.
germany tried to get Mexico to invade the us. mexico not only said No thank you they came strate to the usa and said look what the Germans want us to do.
The biggest issue for any invading military is the civilian sector of the US has more firearms than the military does. NORAD is manned by both Canadian and American military troops. It covers the defense for all of North America not just the US.
Yep. Look at us in 9/11. We fight each other like a big dysfunctional family, but attacking the family would be suicidal for the attacking parties! US citizens have shown we are united when we ever get attacked and even without the military our citizens could stop an invasion just by our non military arms and determinational spirit of Americans!
101.6 million registered hunters well versed in tracking, stealth movement, camouflage and mid to long range accuracy. Some of those are military yes but even without them you are still talking 100 million minimum. That in itself is a small army. Then I would guess some where in the ball park of 200 or 300 million people that own guns (and know how to use them).
The county where I live in a invading army wouldn't make it to other side. Everyone around these parts is armed to the teeth. Sometimes it sounds like a war zone because so many people target shoot. It's music to my ears👍
Funny enough there is US fiction literature, in several genres, that have parts of the US break off to join Canada. Most commonly its all or part of the US Pacific States. This is mainly due to the 60s-90s perceived view of the West Coast being more liberal (more Canadian or European like) than the rest off the country and writers on both sides of the political debate making their dream nation.
Lol we’d be so confused by an invasion by you guys or Mexico…… we don’t want to fight you guys!! We love you!! You’re our brothers!! I hope you guys wouldn’t want to fight us 🤣🤣🤣

There is a video about that called United States VS The World. Should be able to Google it or UA-cam it and find it. It is a fascinating video nonetheless
This same group did a video on that exact same question. The first thing we did was take and disable the entirety of the middle easts oil feilds, then defended all the major shipping lanes, it brought the world's military to a grinding halt...lol.
I don't think China or Russia could even invade Texas! The rest of the world, and even some of our states, don't understand Texas' rights and abilities within the USA. We have our own standing separate state militia with armament, our gun laws are governed by our state alone (and almost everyone in Texas owns several guns), we have plenty of our own money and Texans WILL fight for our own state! There are many more reasons but, those are just a sample. Texas is in a different class, legally, from the other 49 states. Did you know Texas can and does fly it's flag at the same height as the US flag? All other states have to fly theirs lower.
Yeah, we're all armed. Heavily. It's the law: Every American must have at least a dozen guns. Well, there's a few of us that aren't allowed to have guns due to crimes, but they are the very small exceptions.
Isoroku Yamamoto was supposed to have said, “I would never invade America, there is a gun behind every blade of grass.” This was a serious consideration of the Soviets as well years later.
Don't forget, our citizens have hundreds of MILLIONS of guns at our disposal. As far as the world. Every country needs and depends on oil. We are self sufficient. 50-75% of oil passes thru the middle east. We would render the oil fields useless and put out of commission. Lastly, a few tomahawks and ICBMs spread around for the fear factor would persuade most countries to call it quits!😢😃
I am sure the every armed American would be locked and loaded for battle against any nation at any time. The US population is about 330 million and there are about 400 million guns in civilian hands. I personally believe these gun stats are really low, because every time a Democrat threatens to halt gun sales and gun rights, Americans go out and purchase more guns and ammo. Hell, I know someone who owns over 100 firearms of all types himself. And no, he is not a prepper, but a collector and target shooter.
What your little cartoon didn't take into account is that there are more armed civilians than there are military personnel by a long shot. Many of us hunt and have rifles capable of extreme long shots.
Even if it was the whole world, the fact remains, like it said on the video, how would they get here? No overseas transport capability. There is a US vs the world video you should check out.
I wonder if it were the other way around. What if the US stopped defending allies maritime trade routes and helping ally interests and became a hostile expansionist? I still think Canada would be safe, we like you too much. Lol
A successful military invasion against the US isn’t a possibility, however what is a reality is the culture war. America is in a very difficult battle on the inside, the battle of remaining free or becoming yet another socialist nation that will crumble. If you’re raising children teach them history, show them what’s morally right and wrong, ensure that they understand the value of freedom, ensure that they know what rights they are born with. The onus is on YOU to educate people on the importance of freedom.
And even at that, Canada and Mexico do have working armies that could be rolled into 1 very large army, for the defense of the North American continent. Canada I have no doubt would have no issue with it. They have a well trained and well armed defense force as well.
A gun behind every blade of grass, US gun owners alone have more rifles than the Marine Corps lol. Please give us Texans what we have been waiting for LMAO
Watch the 2010 movie "Tomorrow , When the war began". It is the Australian version of Red Dawn with a few different plot twists. Most important is HOW and who they were invaded by to be undetected until it was much too late.
Not only do we have the largest and arguably the most advanced airforce and navy, we have the army, marine corps, coast guard and each state has a national guard, each with reserve forces. Most Cities have their own police force(major cities have dedicated swat teams), every county has its own sheriff's department, every state has a highway patrol, there are hundreds of private military forces (e.g. blackwater), 17 million military veterans, armed private security, bounty hunters, armed agencies like border patrol and game and wildlife, TSA and tons of other armed jobs. Something like 40% of households have at least 1 firearm. Not to mention that there are places like Detroit, Stockton and Baltimore where shootings are commonplace. Good luck getting through there.
Why was my comment removed? All I stated is that our people are just as trained and weapon owners so also have the right to hold the line in our communities even if you made it past our government. We are training to protect our country from even domestic terrorist...as you seen with the kyle case even our children will protect others and our communities and all that's good with America and our constitution 🇺🇸
Regardless of what narrative our political mainstream media tried to push as this administration is instead joining forces with the world leaders to just invade from within for a NWO
This is why I believe, should the world come together into a Global Civilization, the US would be the perfect choice in commanding Military Forces, and safeguarding the Global Nation
There are more firearms per capita throughout the US, it really doesn't matter what state is invaded first. Any invaders will face stiff resistance. The two places most likely to suffer occupation for any period of time would likely be Alaska or Hawaii, and only because they are so remote from the contiguous 48 states. As for the contiguos 48 states, any occupation would fail unless they nuked several of the major ports, bases and cities - and then only after their forces survive the retaliation strikes could they hope to invade. After that, they might be able to occupy some portion of the states, but there would be constant harrassment from the survivors - peace would be impossible until they were destroyed.
even with military power combined you would still have to deal with citizens that can easily be trained well enough to hold a pass or an area until reinforcements arrive. which would increase our capabilities by the sheer amount of weapons and ammo we have lol

"If all the armies of the world were to invade the United States, they would not be able to take a drink from the Ohio" Abraham Lincoln 1862
Lincoln was 28 years old and 22 years until becoming the US President when he gave this speech.

the answer is unquestionably yes as someone from one of the most rural states
mississippi would be an afghanistan on steroids for any invader. i know of places near where i grew up and all around the state that would be literally impossible to find and a more than significant amount of the land here is dense forest.
any invading army would first have to get through the coast which is heavily fortified by the us navy as many of the navy’s ships are built on the mississippi gulf coast, and if they can get through that then they’d have to face a heavily armed, very defensive, very rural, very patriotic, very communal, and very angry populace considering an invasion.
it would be like the us wars against the seminoles. mississippians hiding deep in the woods, sniping enemies from within the woods, on ridges, and throughout towns. intense guerilla warfare over the entire area in places that aren’t even incorporated yet.
the us is most likely the hardest nation on earth to invade because we’re so populous, so large, and so diverse in geography that any force invading would have to have troops that can withstand cold in new england, the upper midwest, and alaska, troops that can withstand intense heat and humidity in the south, troops that can handle brutal over 105 degree heat, lack of water and deserts in the southwest, and troops that can be rained on constantly and survive wet winters in the pacific northwest to ever conquer us

Agreed!
A Japanese general in ww2 when asked why Japan didn't invade the US he said "there would be a gun behind every blade of grass"

Funny enough there is US fiction literature, in several genres, that have parts of the US break off to join Canada. Most commonly its all or part of the US Pacific States. I'm sure they watch the show too, it's CanAmerida law!
You two are hilarious!! Love your reactions! 😂👍
They actually said at one point in the video that the entire world's military forces would not be able to successfully invade the U.S.

I can just imagine
"Has the Canadian border always been halfway through Texas???"
Except the nuclear war may last 20 min, making life miserable for the few who survive!
"America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.".
― Abraham Lincoln
Damn right we could 🇺🇸
Why was my comment removed?
Considering our current administration, it looks like we're relying on geography and an armed populous. That reminds me, I need to order ammo...
even with military power combined you would still have to deal with citizens that can easily be trained well enough to hold a pass or an area until reinforcements arrive. which would increase our capabilities by the sheer amount of weapons and ammo we have lol
